• Some media refer to her as the “princess of pop rock”.

• She began her musical career in December 2001 when, after a presentation at a country fair, the producer L.A. Reid interested in her and she signed for Artist Records.

Pop rock• The pop rock is the fusion of punk rock

with pop music on several levels. • It is considered it began in the early 80's, with

the Californian band The Descendents. Then it became more popular with punk led by The Offspring, Green Day and then, blink-182.

• Perhaps one of the first exponents of the massive pop punk boys were Green 

Day, the band in the late 80's came out to bars and gigs with his punk punks more linked to issues for teenagers.
