● Avishkar is primarily a real estate company which develops residential, commercial and industrial units.

● We are primarily based in Pune , we are also the technical partner for Goel ganga developments

● We have also been partners with Marvel Realtors, Suyog group, Eisha group , Anjani buildcon, etc

● Our industrial clients consist of Kimberly clark limited, Visteon automotive and Motherson Sumi.

● We have built around 10 million sqft of construction in the last twenty years in residential and commercial spaces and 700,000 sqft in industrial built to suit spaces

The Team

Raju Thakwani The founder of Avishkarrealty in 1985, he is a civil engineer by qualification. He was one of the pioneers in highrise construction in Pune, being an expert in the technicalities of construction, avishkar was able to climb and leap under his sole leadership.

Kavish Thakwani Graduating from Pune university. He started training with panchshil realty as the planning engineer for the world trade centre in Pune. Today he working in avishkar as the technical head.

Lessor and lessee are the two organisations who will formulate an agreement for lease, this also involves selection of the said land and customisation as per lessee’s requirements

Lessor will then construct on the land selected by lessee after the purchase of the said land, the detailed specifications will be provided as per needs of the lessee, both organisations will work in tandem to achieve desired goal

Lessee will then occupy the desired property and continue to use it as per his requirement within the parameters of the understanding with the lessor

Step 1

Land Acquisition

We identify the plot of your requirement and after your approval we procure the plot

Step 2

Legal agreement

We sign a lease deed for the same for a minimum lock in period with details of your specification with a deposit

Step 3

Planning and execution

We begin construction, average time for such a project is 18 months , after which you start your payment of the lease

Step 4

Maintenance

We form a maintenance contract with the company for which the entire facility is managed
