Roles and Responsibilities 

Successful Holiday: Holiday are the months of October to December end which includes Thanks giving, Black Friday and Christmas where the sales of Best buy boosts by 70% more than the usual volume. During this critical time, we make sure that there are no issues occurring and in case of an issue, it will be solved immediately. 24x7 support during holiday from Onshore.

Proactively work on incident and solve them within SLA. Quick resolution of P1 and P2 incidents. Collaborate with RMS, RP, Vertex and other teams for external calls related issues/ incidents. Defect fixing. Raise Enhancements which will either help in good customer experience or in improving 

monetary value for Best buy and work towards completing the enhancements. Identify Design Gaps which might cause issues between systems and work on fixing them. Being proactive in Support. When an issue occurs, a technical bridge is being setup with 

required teams and if issue seems to be from the code, they are fixed with releases. If the impact is huge, it is tested and fixed immediately.

Complete ownership for Yantra OMS applications and change requests.   Reducing the number of major incidents, Problem Incidents and recovery time. Attend meetings to suggest the best design for any new functionality and make changes 

accordingly. Hands on experience in Java/J2EE, SOAP and REST API’s.       Improving on monitoring (real user monitoring and automated monitoring)   Improving employee engagement.
