About AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad
AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad is an app for iPad devices that helps you be orderly and efficient during
routine meeting activities, such as: creating meetings, taking notes, and assigning tasks. With this app
you can:
• Easily schedule single or reoccurring meetings and automatically create attendee lists based on previous or reoccurring meeting instances with roll call capabilities.
• Propose new agenda items, objectives, and discussion topics as business needs dictate prior to and during meetings.
• Interactively display and capture meeting actions, notes, and decisions for all members to view during meetings.
• Capture, store, and search created times and organizers; attendance and participants; and outcomes – including decisions, proposals, and actions – with full auditing.
• Discover all tasks and action items and their relevant statuses.
*Note: AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad is only supported on iPads with iOS 8, 9, and 10.

Installing AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad
To download and install AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad on your iPad, follow the steps below:
1. Open the App Store.
2. Search for AvePoint Meetings Pro.
3. Tap Get next to the Meetings ( ) icon to download and install AvePoint Meetings Pro.
*Note: If you have set a passcode or Touch ID for your Apple ID, you must use it before you can install.
4. Tap Meetings ( ) to open the AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad app.

Getting Started
AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad will help you to collaborate in real-time during meetings, and make
better, more actionable decisions by efficiently documenting, auditing, and analyzing business
information. To get started using AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad, see the sections below.
Logging into AvePoint Meetings Pro
To log into AvePoint Meetings Pro on you iPad, follow the steps below:
1. Tap the Meetings ( ) icon. The login page appears.
2. Enter the following information into the login page:
• AvePoint Meetings Pro Server Address – Enter the URL of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Server Address.
• Username – Enter your domain name and user name. For example: avepoint\Mary.Washington.
• Password – Enter the password.
3. Tap Login to log into the AvePoint Meetings Pro.
If you do not know the Meetings Pro Server address, you can also log into AvePoint Meetings Pro by
scanning a QR code generated by AvePoint Meetings Pro for SharePoint. To generate a QR code and
scan it, follow the steps below:
1. Log into AvePoint Meetings Pro for SharePoint.
2. Click Settings ( ) on the upper-right corner of the page, and then select Meetings Pro QR Code from the drop-down menu. A QR code is generated and displayed on the screen.
3. Tap the Meetings ( ) icon on your iPad. The login page appears.
4. Tap the QR code icon ( ) in the AvePoint Meetings Pro Server Address text box to scan the generated QR code. The AvePoint Meetings Pro Server Address and your Username will be populated in the app automatically.
5. Enter your password and then tap Login.
If any errors occur while attempting to log into the AvePoint Meetings Pro, you can tap Send Error Logs
to send an error report to AvePoint support. For more information, refer to the Sending Feedback
section.

Understanding the Dashboard
On the Dashboard, you can get an overview of your upcoming meetings, pinned meetings, and the
statuses of all your assigned actions.
1. Tap Menu ( ) in the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page.
2. Tap Dashboard. The Dashboard page appears.
• Meetings – In the Meetings pane of Dashboard page, you can get an overview of your upcoming meetings and your pinned meetings.
o Upcoming Meetings – Select this tab to view your upcoming meetings listed in the following classifications:
▪ Today – Your meetings that will start today.
▪ Tomorrow – Your meetings that will start in tomorrow.
o Pinned Meetings – Select this option to view all of the pinned meetings. To
remove a meeting from Pinned Meetings, tap the pin ( ) button on the upper-right corner of corresponding meeting’s block.
To access Meetings page, tap Meetings in this pane.
• My Actions – In the My Actions pane of Dashboard page, you can get an overview on the actions in each status from the following parts:
o Percentage Circular Chart – This chart displaying the percentages of the actions in each status, and the total number of incomplete actions.
o Incomplete Actions – This list provides the top ten rankings of incomplete actions that are sorted by end dates in the ascending order.
To view more actions information, tap My Actions in this pane. In the My Actions page,
all the actions that are assigned to the current user are listed by end dates in the
ascending order. You can filter the actions in different status.

Managing Meetings
In the Meetings page, you can create and manage meetings within the selected SharePoint site and
search for all of meetings associated with you. The meetings, agendas, actions, notes, attachments, and
decisions created in the AvePoint Meetings Pro app for iPad will be automatically synchronized to the
selected SharePoint sites when the iPad is online.
Searching for Meetings
To search for specific meetings among recent meetings, upcoming meetings, or AvePoint Meetings for
Microsoft Outlook within a specific SharePoint site, complete the following steps:
1. Tap the Menu ( ) button on the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page.
2. Select Meetings. The Meetings page appears.
3. Tap SharePoint Site on the upper-left corner of Meetings page.
4. Select one or more SharePoint sites. The list only shows the names of SharePoint sites that the current user has accessed. All the meetings associated with you (such as, you are working as the meetings organizer, attendee, viewer, agenda owner, agent guest, or agenda viewer) in the selected SharePoint sites can be filtered.
*Note: When meeting privacy is enabled in AvePoint Meetings Pro on a SharePoint site, the
meeting viewers and agenda viewers are listed. Only the meeting organizers, attendees,
meeting viewers, agenda owners, agenda guests, and agenda viewers can view their own
meetings.
• Select All – Select Select All option to select all the SharePoint Site names from list.
• Reset – The Reset option will replace the Select All option when all the SharePoint site names are selected from the drop-down list. Select Reset to reselect the SharePoint site names.
5. Tap View on the upper-left corner of the page. A drop-down list appears. Filter the meetings by selecting following options:
• Recent Meetings – Select Recent Meetings option to view the detailed information about overdue meetings that have not been deleted within the selected SharePoint site.
• Upcoming Meetings – Select Upcoming Meetings option to view the upcoming meetings within the selected SharePoint site.
• Outlook Meetings Only – Select Outlook Meetings Only option to view only the Meetings for Microsoft Outlook within the selected SharePoint site.
6. Tap the Search ( ) button on the upper-right corner. The search page appears. A search bar appears on the top of this page.
• If Meeting tab is selected, enter the keyword of the meeting title and description in the search bar.

• If Agenda tab is selected, enter the keyword of the agenda title in the search bar.
• If Action tab is selected, enter the keyword of the action title and description in the search bar.
• If Note tab is selected, enter the keyword of the note title and description in the search bar.
• If Decision tab is selected, enter the keyword of the proposer, seconder and decision title in the search bar.
• If Attachment tab is selected, enter the keyword of the attachment name in the search bar.
7. Tap the Search button to start the search. The results that meet the search criteria are displayed in the page.
If the SharePoint site has meeting privacy enabled in AvePoint Meetings Pro, the viewer list of a meeting
will be listed. You can navigate to the Meetings page, and tap the block of a specific meeting. Then tap
the Menu ( ) button on the upper-right corner of this page, and select the Viewer option from the
drop-down list. Meeting viewers can only view the content of the meeting.
Creating New Meetings
Complete the following steps to add a new meeting to AvePoint Meetings Pro app in iPad.
*Note: If your organization has disabled the Create New Meetings feature for AvePoint Meetings Pro,
you cannot create a new meetings. To use this feature, contact your Meetings administrator. For details
of enabling the function, refer to the Enabling the Creating a New Meeting Feature section in AvePoint
Meetings Pro for SharePoint On-Premises Installation and Configuration Guide.
*Note: To create a new meeting in the SharePoint site, the user must have at least Contribute
permissions to the SharePoint site.
1. Tap Menu ( ) on the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page.
2. Select Meetings and the Meetings page appears.
3. Tap the add ( ) button on the upper-right corner of the page to access the New Meeting page. Complete the settings below in the New Meeting page.
4. Meeting Title – Enter the title for the meeting you are about to create.
5. Organizer – Enter one or more users as the meeting organizers. By default, the creator of this meeting will be the organizer. The AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad will search for the users in the integrated Active Directory with the entered characters, and provide the search results for you to select. After you finish adding organizers, tap

6. Location – Enter room name in the box to search for a location to have this meeting. After you selected a location, tap

o Daily
▪ Every … Days – Enter the day interval for the meeting.
▪ Every Weekday – Select this option if the meeting recurs every weekday.
o Weekly
▪ Recur Every … Weeks – Enter the week interval for the meeting.
▪ Select one or more days in a week for the single occurrence.
o Monthly
▪ Recur Every … Months – Enter the month interval for the meeting.
▪ Enter the number of a day in a month for the meeting in the Day … field, or select a day of a month in the The … field.
o Yearly
▪ Recur Every … Years – Enter the year interval for the meeting.
▪ Select a day of a year in the On … field, or On the … field.
• Start Date – Select the date when the recurring meeting will be started.
• End after/End by – Tap on the text to switch the two option.
o End after – Select a number for the single occurrences, and the recurrence meeting stops after being held for the number of entered times.
o End by – Select a date for ending the recurrence before that day.
13. Send E-mail Notification to All Attendees – With this option being selected, the Exchange E-mail Address and Password options will appear.
*Note: If your organization has disabled the feature to send e-mail notification to all attendees
for AvePoint Meetings Pro, this field is unavailable. To use this feature, contact your Meetings
administrator. For details of enabling the function, refer to the Enabling the Sending E-mail
Notification to All Attendees Feature section in AvePoint Meetings Pro for SharePoint On-
Premises Installation and Configuration Guide.
• Exchange Username – Enter the username in the text box, and the e-mail notifications will be sent via this Exchange e-mail account when creating or editing the meeting.
• Password – Enter the password of the entered e-mail address.
14. Description – Optionally, enter the description for the meeting you are about to create.
15. Tap Save to create a new meeting or tap Cancel to exit the New Meeting page.
*Note: All of the organizers and attendees will receive a notification when the meeting is
successfully created.

*Note: When the iPad has not accessed to the internet, only the meetings in the cache, such as the
meetings that have been loaded before and the recurring meeting and its single occurrences that are
created by the current user on this iPad can be viewed, edited or deleted.
Editing Meetings
One or more can edit the meetings of AvePoint Meetings Pro through AvePoint Meetings Pro mobile
app for iPad or the SharePoint site where AvePoint Meetings Pro resides at the same time. If a meeting
is being edited by multiple users, the latest saved version will be kept. To edit meetings of AvePoint
Meetings Pro on iPad, complete the following steps:
*Note: Only the Site Owner, Site Administrator, and meeting organizer can edit the meetings.
*Note: The modifications of a recurring meeting will be inherited by all single occurrences of the same
series behind this meeting.
*Note: If the meeting is deleted by another user while you are editing this meeting online in AvePoint
Meetings Pro app for iPad, your edits cannot be saved and this meeting will be deleted from this app.
1. Tap Menu ( ) on the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page.
2. Select Meetings and the Meetings page appears.
3. Navigate to the meeting you are about to edit.
4. To edit the meetings synchronized from Microsoft Outlook, you must tap the Break Link ( ) button at the bottom of the block, and the connection between the meeting and Microsoft Outlook will be broken.
*Note: This function is only available when it is enabled on the server where AvePoint Meetings
Pro website resides. For details of enabling the function, refer to the Configuring the Breaking
the Sync Relationship Feature section in AvePoint Meetings Pro for SharePoint On-Premises
Installation and Configuration Guide.
5. Tap the Menu ( ) button on the lower-right corner block of the meeting you are about to edit.
The Edit ( ) and Delete ( ) buttons appear.
6. Tap the Edit ( ) button and the Edit Meeting window appears. For details of editing a meeting, refer to Creating New Meetings.
*Note: The SharePoint site of a created meeting cannot be modified.
7. Tap Save to save the modifications or tap Cancel to go back to the Meetings page.
*Note: If the Send E-mail Notification to All Attendees option is selected, an e-mail notification
that includes a link to the AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad will be sent to all attendees after
successfully saved the modifications.
To edit a single occurrence of a recurring meeting, complete the following steps:

3. Tap the block of a specific recurring meeting to view the detailed information of all single occurrences. All single occurrences are listed on the time axis on the top of the interface.
4. Select the single occurrence from the time axis, and tap the Menu ( ) button on the upper-right corner of this page. A drop-down list appears.
5. Select Edit from the drop-down list to edit the single occurrence. For details of editing a single occurrence, refer to Creating New Meetings.
*Note: The SharePoint site of a created meeting cannot be modified.
6. Tap Save to save the modifications or tap Cancel to exit the Edit window.
Deleting Meetings
You can delete the meetings of AvePoint Meetings Pro through the AvePoint Meetings mobile app for
iPad or the SharePoint site where AvePoint Meetings Pro resides. To delete a meeting through the
Meetings app for iPad, complete the following steps:
*Note: Only the Site Owner, Site Administrator, and meeting organizer can delete the meetings.
1. Tap Menu ( )on the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page.
2. Select Meetings and the Meetings page appears. Meetings are listed in this page.
3. Navigate to the meeting you are about to delete and tap the Menu ( ) button on the lower-
right corner of the block of this meeting. The Edit ( ) and Delete ( ) buttons appear.
4. Tap the Delete ( ) button to delete the meeting.
To delete a single occurrence of a recurring meeting, complete the following steps:
1. Tap Menu ( )on the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page.
2. Select Meetings and the Meetings page appears. Meetings are listed in this page.
3. Tap the block of a specific recurring meeting to view the detailed information. All single occurrences are listed on the time axis.
4. Select the single occurrence that you are about to delete from the time axis, and tap the Menu () button on the upper-right corner of this page. A drop-down list appears.
5. Select Delete from the drop-down list to delete the single occurrence.
*Note: The single occurrence which have been synchronized to AvePoint Meetings Pro server cannot be
deleted when the iPad is offline.

Pinning Meetings
To mark the meetings that you are concerned about, you can pin the meetings by completing the
following steps:
1. Tap Menu ( ) on the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page.
2. Select Meetings and the Meetings page appears. Meetings are listed in this page.
3. Navigate to the meeting that you are concerned about and tap its block to view the detailed information.
*Note: For the recurring meeting, only the single occurrences behind it can be pinned. You must select a single occurrence from the time axis.
4. Tap the Pin ( ) button on the upper-right corner to pin the meeting. All pinned meetings will be listed under the Pinned Meetings option in the Dashboard page. For details, refer to Understanding the Dashboard.

Creating and Managing Agendas for a Meeting
Refer to the sections below to create an agenda and manage all of the components of agenda.
Creating an Agenda for a Meeting
To create a new agenda for a meeting, complete the following steps:
1. Tap Menu ( ) on the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page.
2. Select Meetings and the Meetings page appears. Meetings are listed in this page.
3. Navigate to the meeting for which you are about to add agendas, and tap its block to view the detailed information and the AGENDA list of this meeting.
4. Tap the Add Agenda ( ) button and the New Agenda window appears. Complete the settings below in the New Agenda window:
5. Agenda Title – Enter the title for the agenda you are about to create.
6. Agenda Owner – Enter one or more usernames as the agenda owners. The AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad will search for the users in the integrated Active Directory with the entered characters in a few seconds, and provide the search results for you to select. By default, the creator will be the organizer. After adding the agenda owner, tap

9. Send E-mail Notification to All Guests – With this option turned on, the e-mail notification that includes a link to the AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad will be sent to all of the guests via the Exchange e-mail address configured for the meeting.
10. Tap Save to create a new agenda or tap Cancel to exit the New Agenda window. The created agendas will be listed in the AGENDA list on the page displaying the detailed information of a meeting.
*Note: The agendas created for a single occurrence of a recurring meeting will not be automatically
inherited by all single occurrences of the same series behind this meeting.
Managing Agendas for a Meeting
To manage a created agenda, you can tap the Menu ( ) button next to the corresponding agenda
name in the AGENDA list. A drop-down list appears with providing following three options:
*Note: Tap and hold the agenda, and then you can drag the agenda to customize the Agendas’ order.
• Member – With this option selected, a drop-down list appears and lists the agenda owners and agenda guests of the corresponding agenda.
*Note: If the SharePoint site which has been enabled meeting privacy in AvePoint
Meetings Pro, the agenda viewer will be listed as well. Agenda viewers can only view the
content of the agenda.
• Edit – With this option selected, the Edit Agenda window appears. You can edit the agenda. For details, refer to Creating and Managing Agendas for a Meeting.
*Note: Only the Site Owner, Site Administrator, meeting organizer, or agenda owner
can edit an agenda.
• Delete – With this option selected, the agenda will be deleted.
*Note: Only the Site Owner, Site Administrator, meeting organizer, or agenda owner
can delete an agenda.
*Note: When the agenda is deleted, all of the actions, notes, attachments, and notes
under this agenda will be deleted as well.
*Note: The created agendas can be edited or deleted via both iPad and the SharePoint
site where AvePoint Meetings Pro resides by multiple users. If a created agenda is being
editing by multiple users at the same time, the latest version with modifications can be
kept for created agendas; if the created agenda is deleted when you are editing it
online, your edits cannot be saved and the agenda will be deleted.

Using the Agenda Timer
With the Agenda Timer enabled, only the agenda owner or meeting organizer can start the countdown,
stop the countdown, or reset the Agenda Timer. Only one Agenda Timer can be started each time for
one meeting.
*Note: The agenda owner or meeting organizer can also edit the Agenda to disable the Agenda Timer
function or change the expected duration after the Agenda Timer is started. The actual duration of this
agenda will be changed after the expected duration is changed.
Adding Actions for an Agenda
To add actions for an agenda, complete the following steps:
1. Tap Menu ( ) on the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page.
2. Select Meetings and the Meetings page appears. Meetings are listed in this page.
3. Tap the block of a specific meeting to go to view the detailed information and the AGENDA list of this meeting.
*Note: To add actions for an agenda of a single occurrence, select the single occurrence from
the time axis of the recurring meeting first.
4. Select an agenda name from the AGENDA list. The detailed information of the selected agenda will be displayed in the right part of this page.
5. Select the Action option and tap New Action. The Add Action window appears. Complete the settings below in the Add Action window:
6. Action Title – Enter the action title for the action you are about to create.
7. Description – Enter the description for the meeting you are about to create.
8. Assigned to – Enter a username to assign the added action to the entered users. The AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad will search for the user in the integrated Active Directory with the entered characters in a few seconds, and provide the search result for you to select. Only one user can be entered in the Assigned to text box.
*Note: For the users who do not have photos, their initials will be displayed on the default
pictures.
9. Start Date – Set the start date for the added action from the Start Date drop-down list. When the Start Date is changed, the Due Date will be automatically changed to keep the same time interval.
*Note: All of the users that are assigned to the action will receive an alert at 10:00 AM on the
start date of the action.
10. End Date – Set the due date for the added action from the Due Date drop-down list.

11. Action Status – Set the action status for the added action from the Action Status drop-down list.
12. Tap Save to add an action or tap Cancel to exit the Add Action window.
The added actions will be listed under the Action option. They can be edited or deleted by tapping the
Edit ( ) button or Delete ( ) button next to the action name. All the actions assigned to the current
user can be viewed in My Actions page. For details, refer to Understanding the Dashboard.
*Note: The created actions can be edited or deleted by multiple users via both the iPad and the
SharePoint site where AvePoint Meetings Pro is located. If a created action is being edited offline by
multiple users, all of the versions with modifications can be kept as different actions; if a created action
is being edited online by multiple users, the latest version with modifications will be saved. If a created
action is deleted while it is being edited online, your edits cannot be saved and the action will be
deleted.
Adding Notes for an Agenda
To add notes for an agenda, complete the following steps:
1. Tap the Menu ( ) button on the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page.
2. Select Meetings and the Meetings page appears. Meetings are listed in this page.
3. Tap the block of a specific meeting to view the detailed information and the AGENDA list of this meeting.
*Note: To add notes for an agenda of a single occurrence, select the single occurrence from the
time axis of the recurring meeting first.
4. Tap an agenda name from the AGENDA list. The detailed information of the selected agenda will be displayed in the right part of this page.
5. Tap the Note tab and tap New Note. The Add Note window appears. Complete the settings below in the Add Note window:
6. Note Title – Enter the note title for the note you are about to create.
7. Description – Enter the description for the note you are about to create.
8. Tap Save to add a note or tap Cancel to exit the Add Note window.
The notes will be listed under the Note tab. They can be edited or deleted by tapping the Edit ( )
button or the Delete ( ) button next to the corresponding note name.
*Note: The created notes can be edited or deleted by multiple users at the same time via both the iPad
and the SharePoint site where AvePoint Meetings Pro is located. If a note is being edited by offline
multiple users, all of the versions with modifications can be kept as different notes; if a created note is
being edited online by multiple users, the latest version with modifications will be saved. If a note is

Adding Attachments for an Agenda
To add attachments for an agenda, complete the following steps:
*Note: Only pictures can be uploaded as attachments for a created agenda. The attachments cannot be
added under a meeting directly.
1. Tap the Menu ( ) button on the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page.
2. Select Meetings and the Meetings page appears. Meetings are listed in this page.
3. Tap the block of a specific meeting to view the detailed information and the AGENDA list of this meeting.
*Note: To add attachments for an agenda of a single occurrence, select the single occurrence
from the time axis of the recurring meeting first.
4. Tap an agenda name from the AGENDA list. The detailed information of the selected agenda will be displayed in the right part of this page.
5. Tap the Attachment tab and tap New Attachment. A drop-down list appears.
• From Library – With this option selected from the drop-down list, you can access your photos and upload one or more pictures at the same time.
*Note: If the file type and file name of an attachment selected to upload are same as an
existing attachment, the selected attachment will be uploaded to overwrite the existing
one.
• Use Camera – With this option selected from the drop-down list, you can take a new picture with your camera and tap Use Photo to upload it.
The attachments will be listed under the Attachment tab. They can be deleted by the Delete ( ) button
on the lower-right corner of the corresponding attachment block.
*Note: For the attachment that is uploaded by other users, you can tap the attachment title to
download it. After downloading the attachment, you can tap the attachment title to preview it in a
window.
Adding Decisions for an Agenda
To add decisions for agenda, complete the steps below:
1. Tap the Menu ( ) button on the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page.
2. Select Meetings and the Meetings page appears. Meetings are listed in this page.
3. Tap the block of a specific meeting to view the detailed information and the AGENDA list of this meeting.

4. Tap an agenda name from the AGENDA list. The detailed information of the selected agenda will be displayed in the right part of this page.
5. Tap the Decision tab and tap New Decision. The Add Decision window appears. Complete the settings below in the Add Decision window:
6. Decision Title – Enter the decision title for the decision you are about to create.
7. Description – Enter the description for the decision you are about to create.
8. Proposer – Enter one username as a proposer. The AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad will search for the user in the integrated Active Directory with the entered characters in a few seconds, and provide the search results for you to select.
*Note: For the users who do not have photos, their initials will be displayed on the default
pictures.
9. Seconder – Enter one or more username as seconders. The AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad will search for the users in the integrated Active Directory with the entered characters in a few seconds, and provide the search results for you to select.
*Note: For the users who do not have photos in User Profile Service, their initials will be
displayed on the default pictures.
10. Tap Save to add a decision or tap Cancel to exit the Add Decision window.
The added decisions will be listed under the Decision option. They can be edited or deleted by tapping
the Edit ( ) button or Delete ( ) button next to the corresponding decision name.
*Note: The decisions can be edited or deleted by multiple users at the same time via both the iPad and
the SharePoint site where AvePoint Meetings Pro is located. If a decision is being edited offline by
multiple users, all of the versions with modifications will be kept as different decisions; if a created
decision is being edited online by multiple users, the latest version with modifications will be saved. If a
decision is deleted while it is being edited online, your edits cannot be saved and the decision will be
deleted.
*Note: If the agenda is deleted, the decisions will be deleted automatically.
Adding Links for an Agenda
To add links for an agenda, complete the following steps:
1. Tap the Menu ( ) button on the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page.
2. Select Meetings and the Meetings page appears. Meetings are listed in this page.
3. Tap the block of a specific meeting to view the detailed information and the AGENDA list of this meeting.

*Note: The link text is optional to configure. If the link text is empty, the link URL will be
displayed to represent this link.
7. Link URL – Enter the URL of the link you are about to create.
8. Description – Enter the description for the link you are about to create.
9. Tap Save to add a link or tap Cancel to exit the Add Link window.
The added links will be listed under the Link option. They can be edited or deleted by tapping the Edit
( ) button or Delete ( ) button in the same row with the corresponding link name.

Settings
In the Settings page, you can get approaches to submitting requests, viewing AvePoint Privacy Policy,
APP Software License Agreement, and the introduction of AvePoint Meetings Pro. Besides, you can get
the current version information, clear temporary cache, or sign out.
1. Tap the Menu ( ) button on the upper-left corner of the AvePoint Meetings Pro Home Page. A drop-down list appears.
2. Select Settings from the drop-down list and the Settings page appears. The following approaches are provided in this page.
*Note: The Support, Privacy Policy, License Agreement, and About can be hidden when they
are disabled on the server where AvePoint Meetings Pro website resides. For details of hiding
these fields, refer to the Hiding the AvePoint’s Links in AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad section in
AvePoint Meetings Pro for SharePoint On-Premises Installation and Configuration Guide.
• Support – Tap Support, the Open A Support Ticket page appears. If you have any questions on AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad, submit a request by completing the form in this page.
• Privacy Policy – Tap Privacy Policy to view the detailed information of AvePoint Privacy Policy.
• License Agreement – Tap License Agreement to view the detailed information of APP Software License Agreement.
• About – Tap About, the SharePoint Productivity with AvePoint Meetings page appears. You can get a comprehensive introduction of AvePoint Meetings Pro.
• Third-Party Software Notices – Tap Third-Party Software Notices to view the detailed information of the third-party software notices.
• Version – Displays the current version information of AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad.
• Feedback – Tap Feedback to send an error report e-mail to AvePoint. For details, refer to Sending Feedback.
• Clear Cache – Tap Clear Cache to clear the temporary cache of attachments in AvePoint Meetings Pro app for iPad.
• Sign Out – Tab Sign Out to sign out the AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad, and a prompt message appears for confirming whether or not to clear the AvePoint Meetings Pro data which is downloaded by you and stored on the device. If you tab Clear, both the data and the information you entered in the login page will be removed from your device; if you tab No, the data will be kept on the device.

Sending Feedback
You can provide feedback about AvePoint Meetings Pro for iPad by sending error reports e-mails to
AvePoint, Inc. To be able to send the e-mails, you must configure an e-mail account first for your iPad by
completing the following steps:
1. Navigate to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Accounts page on your iPad.
2. Tap Add Account and select a mailbox. A New Account window appears.
3. Enter the following information in the New Account window:
• Name – Enter a customized name.
• Email – Enter an e-mail address in the format of [email protected].
• Password – Enter the corresponding password.
• Description – Optionally, you can enter a description of the new account.
4. Tap Next on the upper-right corner of New Account window and the IMAP window appears.
5. Select the Mail option to enable this new account. By default, this option is selected.
6. Tap Save on the upper-right corner of IMAP window to save this new account.
After configuring the e-mail account, you must navigate to Settings > Meetings page on your iPad, and
select the Debug option. Then, you can navigate to Meetings > Settings > Feedback page, and edit an
error reports e-mail. The log files will be generated and inserted in the e-mail body automatically.
