Responsible for the operational design of the Sentry Emergency Response Management architecture, providing a new and disruptive environment for 911 in the enterprise, offering an alternative to outdated and inefficient phone number management constructs that have been the standard with legacy vendors.


Dirk Englebart, CEO and OwnerEnglebart Software GmbH• Dirk and Engelbart Software have been partnering with AVAYA

since 2010, receiving the AVAYA DevConnect Partner of the Year Award in 2016. Engelbart works closley with AVAYA on emerging technology such as AVAYA Breeze and the Client SDK. Their initial development for public safety includes solutions for NG9-1-1, eCall, and caller location delivery for emergency calls.


Nicholas Maier – Sr. Vice PresidentRedSky Technologies, Inc.• Mr. Maier is a senior technology executive with a long history in
