Avasant continues growth with acquisition of the Sourcingboard

LOS ANGELES, California – August 27, 2013: Avasant LLC announced today it has completed the

acquisition of Sourcingboard LLC, a leading boutique sourcing advisory firm.

The acquisition of Sourcingboard is the latest strategic move by Avasant, and follows a string of

acquisitions and regional expansions in Europe, Latin America, and the United States.
