CRASH CUSHIONSCrash Cushions are fitted to the back of all of our specially designed Impact Protection Vehicles (IPVs). To ensure safety is maintained, crash cushions are lowered upon deployment of cones onto a carriageway and absorb any pontential impact from high speed vehicles in the event of a potential collision with the IPV.

MOBILE CAMERASAvanti fits mobile cameras to the dashboards of its vehicles and the helmets of its staff to ensure that safety and productivity is maintained and to protect both members of the public and the site workforce. We have found that helmet cams also prove to be a powerful mitigation tool against members of the public who may become confrontational.

GEO-SIGHT TECHNOLOGYGeo-sight technology is a smart phone based application with a cloud support, which allows evidential picture capture, tagged to a Google maps location, which is in turn, date/time stamped. Avanti is the only traffic management partner to Geo-sight and exclusively uses its technology to improve safety, audits and productivity.

Working in partnership with Geo-sight as an official development partner, Avanti has used this revolutionary technology to exclusively define safety and productivity on site, as we continue to operate at the forefront of the marketplace. Geo-sight allows Avanti to capture events and happenings in real time, before submitting events through pictorial format into a tamper-proof cloud. The tool is highly effective in site audits and for evidencing good working practice, or for setting staff KPIs to ensure continued excellence.

Avanti also issues our staff with helmets which

exceed industry standards, fitted with special cameras which can be turned on and off where required. The cameras may also be mounted on the dashboard of our traffic safety officers.We have found this technology particularly useful for site and safety audits.
