• Searching for a medication or a supply? In the search field use “%” as a wild card character.

• Search for a patient using one or two letters from the last and first name. Searching for “sm, jo” will return all patients whose last name begins “sm” with a first name beginning “jo”.

• Add organizational and personal Radiology Procedures to make ordering radiology exams easier. Select Admin > Favorite Radiology Procedures. Care360 EHR will default the selection to you, however you can change that selection to Org Favorites and build a list of frequently used procedure codes. Delegated Admins can build Favorite Radiology Procedures for their individual users.

Optimize Your Use of Care360

MyQuest™ by Care360 and Meaningful UseAre you struggling to engage patients to sign up with MyQuest by Care360 Patient Portal? Sometimes changing the way we offer MyQuest will make the difference. A new workflow at checkout might change the patient response. As the Patient is being discharged, select Patient Communication in the patient summary. If there is no status, if the status is Declined, or if the status is Invitation Expired offer the patient access to MyQuest. Here is a great way to start the conversation:

“Did you know we can now send you (your mother’s, your father’s, your son/daughter’s, etc.) office visit details, lab results, and radiology results electronically with our patient portal?”

“Would you like your invitation printed or sent to your email address?”

If Yes:• Select Send Invitation or Resend Invitation• According to patient or authorized representative preference – either print or email

the invitation to the patient• Select Patient Communication again• Select Create Summary (this is NOT the office visit summary that counts for the

summary measure)• Select Meaningful Use Compliant Quick Select• Click Create

If No:• Select Invitation Declined (if not already selected)

Then:• Select the Printer icon > Print Clinical Attachments > Reason for Disclosure ‘Provide

Patient Office Visit Summary’ > Meaningful Use Compliant Quick Select > Print

We recommend inviting every patient not yet using MyQuest to connect with MyQuest at each visit.

• Have all providers and staff who communicate with patients create a direct address • In Care360 EHR select Preferences > Direct Messaging• Use a name format patients will recognize. You can incorporate the practice

name instead of using your first and last name. Ex: primaryproviders_jenny; primaryproviders_Dr_Jones. User addresses are case sensitive.

• Add to ‘contribute’ section• Notifications – reminder to add/update email address in

Care360 EHR > Preferences > Notifications
