HaftpflichtversicherungDie Haftung der BLS AG für Schäden an den zu transportierenden Motorfahrzeugen ist auf den Umfang beschränkt, wie er sich aus Art. 27 des Personenbeförderungsgesetzes und Art. 76 der Ver-ordnung über die Personenbeförderung ergibt.

Allgemeine Hinweise – Schadenfälle sind umgehend am Entladebahnhof zu melden. – Bewahren Sie den Beförderungsausweis während der Fahrt auf;

er gilt als Nachweis für den Transport. – Fahrräder müssen über den Autozug geschoben werden. – Die Strassenverkehrsordnung gilt auf dem gesamten Bahngelände.

– Bitte entnehmen Sie die Quittung. Die Barriere öffnet sich automatisch. – Bitte bewahren Sie die Quittung während der Fahrt auf. Diese gilt als

Nachweis für den Transport.

Mit Online-Ticket

– Halten Sie Ihr ausgedrucktes Online-Ticket oder Ihr mobiles Endgerät mit dem QR-Code an die markierte Stelle. Achten Sie darauf, dass der QR-Code ruhig auf den Scanner gehalten wird und beim mobilen Endgerät der Bildschirm nicht automatisch gedreht wird.

– Das gültige Ticket wird entwertet und die Barriere öffnet sich. Bitte bewahren Sie das Ticket während der Fahrt auf. Dieses gilt als Nachweis für den Transport.

HinweisUm eine schnellere Abfertigung aller Verladekunden zu gewährleisten, wird die Self-Service-Spur an Tagen mit hohem Verkehrsaufkommen in eine Spur mit bedienter Autokasse umgewandelt. Die Signalisation wird dann entsprechend angepasst.

Pour la détermination de la catégorie de véhicule, c’est l’inscription dans le permis de circulation du véhicule qui fait foi. Pour les catégories en fonction du poids, ce sont le poids à vide et le poids indiqué sur les documents de transport qui font foi. Ces derniers doivent être présen-tés. Chaque tonne entamée est arrondie au poids supérieur.

La carte à points permet d’économiser jusqu’à 40 % sur le transport autos au Lötschberg (Kandersteg – Goppenstein), à la Furka (Oberwald– Realp) et au Simplon (Brig – Iselle).

Les cartes à points ne sont pas transmissibles et sont valables pendant une durée de trois ans pour les catégories suivantes :

muniqués au terminal de déchargement. – Conservez le justificatif de transport pendant le trajet, il fait

à travers le train navettes-autos. – Le règles de loi fédérale sur la circulation routière (LCR)

s’appliquent sur l’ensemble de la voie ferrée.

Pour les pendulaires, BLS propose un abonnement annuel pour une utilisation illimitée du transport autos entre Kandersteg et Goppenstein.

L’abonnement annuel est délivré pour une seule plaque d’immatriculation et est valable une année. Délivrance et envoi après réception du paiement.

Comment procéderSuivez la signalisation de la voie self-service. Avancez jusqu’à l’automate à la cabine du péage.

Avec une carte à points ou un abonnement annuel

– Tenez la carte à points ou l’abonnement annuel env. 3 secondes à l’endroit indiqué.

– Il vous sera remis une quittance. Prenez-la. La barrière s’ouvre automatiquement et la voie est libre.

– Gardez la quittance pendant le transport, elle fait office d’attestation d’assurance.

Avec billet en ligne

– Placez votre billet en ligne imprimé ou votre appareil mobile avec le QR-code à l’endroit indiqué. Maintenir quelques secon-des le QR-code face au scanner ; pour les appareils mobiles, veillez à désactiver la fonction de rotation automatique de l’écran.

– Le billet valide est oblitéré et la barrière s’ouvre. Veuillez conser-ver le billet pendant tout le trajet. Il fait office de justificatif de transport.

Remarque :Pour offrir une meilleure fluidité à tous les clients, les jours de forte affluence, la voie self-service est transformée en une voie conventionnelle menant vers un guichet supplémentaire à la caisse du péage. La signalisation est alors adaptée en conséquence.

Points card for frequent travellers

Points cards are valid for Lötschberg Car Transport trains (Kander-steg–Goppenstein), Simplon (Brig–Iselle) and Furka Car Transport trains (Realp–Oberwald).

Liability insuranceBLS Ltd’s liability for any damage to motor vehicles to be transport-ed is limited to the extent provided by Art. 27 of the Swiss Passen-ger Transport Act and Art. 76 of the Ordinance on Passenger Transport.

Please note – Any cases of damage must be reported immediately to the Car

Transport station at which you leave the train. – Please keep your ticket during the journey – it will serve proof of

your entitlement to travel. – Bicycles must be pushed over the car train. – The Road Traffic Act applies on the entire railway area.

Annual season ticket for commuters

BLS offers commuters an annual season ticket for the unlimited use of the Car Transport service between Kandersteg and Goppenstein.

General termsAnnual season tickets are issued for vehicles in the following categories:

– Motor vehicles weighing up to 3.5 t and with max. 9 seats without a trailer

– Motorhomes with a total weight of up to 5 t without a trailer

The annual season ticket is issued based on a vehicle registration number and is valid for one year. It will be issued and sent to you once payment has been received.

Self-service lane

For cars of up to 3.5 t and max. 9 seats in overall weight without trailers.

ProcedureObserve the lane signage. Drive up to the machine in the ticket booth.

With a points card or annual season ticket

– Hold your points card or annual season ticket against the designated spot for approx. 3 seconds.

– A receipt will be issued. Remove the receipt. The barrier will open automatically and you will be able to proceed.

– Retain the receipt during the trip; it will serve as proof of your entitle-ment to travel.

With Online Ticket

– Hold your printed online ticket or mobile device with the QR code displayed up to the marked spot. Please make sure that the QR code is held still on the scanner and, for mobile devices, the screen is not rotated automatically.

– The barrier will open once the ticket has been validated. Please retain your ticket for the duration of the journey. It will serve as proof of your entitlement to travel.

NoteTo ensure that all Car Transport customers are processed more quickly, the self-service lane will be changed to a staffed ticket validation and sales booth on days with high levels of traffic. The lane signage will be updated accordingly.
