Strength in student performances: The hand on use of the DMM (DVOM) is the students ' strong point.
Weaknesses in student performances: Putting the meter knowledge to use in phase 2 General Motors Specialized Electrical Training (GMSET) of this process can be fast paced and confusing to some but it is necessary.
Recommended Action(s): The instructor will institute more one on one instruction and/or the use of a lab assistant in the GMSET process. Additional hands on activities as well.
