With this technology we offer low cost tooling, rapid prototype tooling
options and short production lead times. In our Swedish facility we
currently manufacture house engine bay foam manufacture
Single Sided Thermoforming & Cut and Seal
We currently supply reaction moulded PUR for sill, under-bonnet, tunnel,
seatbelt and bumper applications for a number of vehicles
Reaction Moulded PUR
Since 1966, we have been well known throughout the UK and Europe
for high volume cost competitive manufacture of die cut components as
well as bespoke manufacturing processes for cut & seal components.
Die Cut, Sonic Sew and Cut & Seal
The most recent addition to our groups portfolio. Mass production
started in October 2014 with the first application exceeding 200,000
components per year

3D Foam profiling
We build quality into our products, from the initial concept we utilise
vigorous material validation and product testing to ensure compliance.
We have invested heavily in our onsite materials testing laboratory and
large design/workshop area capable of whole vehicle teardown activities
and working with CATIA V5.
