Priced at <$30 per beacon. They have a multi-year battery life. And are easy to install even by non-technical staff.

But the problem is managing 100’s and 1000’s of such devices across a large venue like a super market or an airport or even an entire city, which warrants a Beacon Management Solution.

Beacon Management Beacon Standards

Beacons are primarily of two types

1. iBeacon (Apple’s Standard), and 2. EddyStone (Google’s Standard)

Both operating over Bluetooth Low Energy 4.0 protocol.

The Automatski Beacon Management Solution consists of

1. Cloud Platform (Config, CMS, Analytics, Dashboard’s) 2. API’s – for integration with backend systems 3. Tools – for management 4. Mobile App*** (Android & iOS)

The first component is a Remote Cloud Based Global Beacon Management Platform. It allows for Management, Security and Analytics (e.g. Heat Maps), and Dashboards.
