• Develop a system that will allow a researcher to perform a current versus voltage characterization of a sample• Use Labview to autonomously control and communicate with

stand-alone instrument• Acquire Current-Voltage data of various materials (films)

• Project Unique Attributes• Instrument Control• Third Party interfacing

• Provide alternative selections such as• 2 or 4 probe system• Sourcing current or voltage• Single run or sweep function

• Send commands as strings• Export data as text (delimited) document or spreadsheet
