The university provides full scholarships to impoverished or disenfranchised learners from around the world.
ASSUMPTIONS [2/3]
On-campus foundation and undergraduate studies must be completed within four years.
Online studies: six years maximum

The university chooses all lessons, materials equipment, and services to help ensure specific target completion and employment rates

Automaticity of basic knowledge can help ensure that:• Foundation studies can be
mastered in 12 months or less• Undergraduate studies can be
mastered in 36 months or less

To ensure readiness for academic studies, all applicants are required to demonstrate automaticity in three knowledge areas, in three stages:

2. INTERNATIONAL ADMISSION TEST & APPLICATION (TEST CENTRES)
3. COURSE ENROLMENT TEST (ONLINE OR ON-CAMPUS)
PRE-APPLICATION TESTING [1/4]Once a year, scholarship announcements
& deadlines are announced • through print, radio, TV, and electronic
media, • with links to printable requirements,
and • links to off- and on-line practice tests.
PRE-APPLICATION TESTING [2/4]
Expressions of interests are received from applicants all year round, via email.
PRE-APPLICATION TESTING [3/4]
Based on number and locations of applicants, the annual testing schedules are released via individual emails.
PRE-APPLICATION TESTING [4/4]• The Practice Pre-application Test is open online, 24
hours a day, throughout the year.• Once a year a schedule for the International Pre-
application Test is announced. • Those who pass are qualified for the Pre-admission Test.

2. INTERNATIONAL ADMISSION TEST & APPLICATION (TEST CENTRES)
3. COURSE ENROLMENT TEST (ONLINE OR ON-CAMPUS)
PRE-APPLICATION TESTING [1/4]
Based on number and location of applicants who pass the first test, the schedules for the Pre-admission Test are announced.
PRE-APPLICATION TESTING [2/4]
Scholarship officials travel to test centres and supervise the pre-admission test.
Those who pass are qualified for the pre-enrolment test.
An applicant can re-take this test without limits.
PRE-APPLICATION TESTING [3/4]
For on-campus studies, a pre-departure checklist is completed.
For those who choose to complete online studies, a two-day workshop is completed.
PRE-APPLICATION TESTING [4/4]• Those who pass the Pre-application Test are
qualified for the Pre-admission Test.• To ensure academic readiness, all applicants are
required to demonstrate automaticity in specific knowledge in three stages:
