K-Dyne level switches come in pneumatic or electric, flanged or threaded These switches come in the high-level orientation from factory but are easily changed from hi to low by simply unscrewing the 4 bolts on face of switch and turning 180 degrees You can also change the same switch from electric to pneumatic by un-bolting the 4 screws on the face to convert Switch can be cleaned if pneumatic or the electronic switch changed while vessel/tank is in service without de-pressuring and draining tank by un screwing the 4 face bolts and taking off to clean or swapping bad electronics due to power surge or other reasons These switches are great for interface, high level and low level Switches come set for oil or water but can be used for condensate or other low specific gravity fluids by simply adding an adjustable spring cap to your existing switch or adding this to it Level switches typically mount to the side entry of a vessel or tank via threaded or flanged connection however these switches have an option of mounting to the top of a tank using a T-80 adaptor that can be flanged or threaded and switch length can be trimmed in the field to drop down into various size tanks K-Dyne also offers float chambers in threaded and flanged connections K-Dyne is 100% made in the United States! VanZandt keeps various K-Dyne level switches and accessories in stock!

The K-Dyne, Inc Model P40 Pneumatic Pressure Switch was specifically designed for the rigorous oilfield environment If functions as easy as a 3-way “block and bleed” valve that can be configured to respond to increasing or decreasing process pressures Can also be setup with 2 switches one for a low pressure to see if equipment or application is losing pressure and with high pressure switch to shut equipment down or close a valve Once closed or shutdown and pressure gets back below, above, or between setpoints you can have it were switches automatically let equipment or actuated valves open or you can add a latch/manual relay that has to be reset before equipment or actuated valve can open or equipment turn back on

The standard unit utilizes a patented system which provides three piston diameters that are selected by simply changing the orientation of one part When used in combination with one of the three available spring sizes, the Model P40 offers sensing ranges from 10 to 10,000 psi without the purchase of additional bases or pistons Can be used to shutdown various applications pneumatically and also available in the E-stick with a 150 psi rated solenoid Pilot switches and accessories in stock!

With the help of a 32’ foot enclosed mobile warehouse, we are able to carry approximately $100,000 worth of the industry’s safest stainless steel tubing and pipe fittings, sensors, transmitters, regulators, instrument valves (gauge,solenoid, needle,etc.) as well as heat trace & industrial batteries. The mobile warehouse allows us to setup and restock bins in real time.

The VMI program is staffed by a dedicated individual whose sole responsibility is managing inventory for our VMI customers.
