What we are trying to do Our aim is to introduce both Dye

SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL and A TRANSDUCER to a single mobile phone so that a mobile phone will get charged automatically and hence it will be known as a auto charging mobile, without having a plug.

When we go to the extreme inside We are having a motto to charge the mobile phone

automatically.. So for that we have introduced two core things in it.

1. A Dye SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL2. A PIEZOELECTRIC TRANSDUCER

DYE SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL The efficiency of the plain solar cell is

comparatively lower than the efficiency of the dye sensitized solar cells. The dye may be received from the flower or fruit extract. When this extract is been coated on the surface of the solar cells its efficiency increases and more amount electricity is obtained.

electrode into the dye layer where it can excite electrons that then flow into the titanium dioxide. The electrons flow toward the transparent electrode where they are collected for powering a load. After flowing through the external circuit, they are re-introduced into the cell on a metal electrode on the back, flowing into the electrolyte. The electrolyte then transports the electrons back to the dye molecules.

ADVANTAGES OF DYE SENSITIZED SOLAR CELLS It could potentially be made of low-cost

materials, if the use of noble materials like Platinum is limited, and does not require elaborate apparatus to manufacture this cell is technically attractive. Likewise manufacture can be significantly less expensive than older solid-state cell designs. It can also be engineered into flexible sheets requires no protection from minor events like hail or tree strikes.

When a piezoelectric material is subjected to stress or force, it generates an electrical potential or voltage proportional to the magnitude of the force. The active element is the heart of the transducer as it converts the sound energy into electrical energy. We require about 80mm of piezoelectric crystal to get the required amount of output..

Electricity is going to the scarce in the days to come. Device to charge mobile had to be carried always earlier here but no charger needed. Time taken to charge mobile is more. This models is feasible and economical. Long life for mobiles. energy is available everywhere but earlier we need to find for the plugs.

Present Market In the present market the equipments and the materials we want to use for this model Are available in different moderation of rates. The rate depend on what specification of the material we have selected.

Financial AnalysisA transducer cost : RS 150.37 A solar cell might creep some high prices But when the same solar cells are used in the same project in bulk the total cost reduces down and the product can be sold into the market in a reasonable price.

Man powerThe man power requires depends upon the production and the success.Initially we require some well skilled people who are literally good in assembling Components , designing components.

We require some skilled people in the production and assembling section i.e. the RND Section.Before giving it to sales we need a set of 5 people to check each and every pieces of Production . Initially we need some good speakers who have the ability to convince people with their words , some 5 people for the MARKETING of the product.

Advertisement in major cities Visual and print media advertisements. Tie UP Tie up with leading mobile manufacturing companies - Partnership venture - Profit sharing pattern. Mobile companies may invest initial capital for manufacture of the device. the mobile company may advertise across the country about the product. Sales can also be given to retail outfits.

Since it is a conservation of energy concerned project the Govt. have the polocies to Exclude such projects from Tax concern and Govt. gives those project to be implemented In FEZ(Free economic zone) like cochin. For the investment of capital we can approach IDBI/SIDBI. Since this project also comes under service industry from the rules of Govt. and bodies like DIC/KVIC/KVIB we can get a land allotted to us from SIDCO on a lease of 99 years For setting up the factory under GOVT aid. For the working capital like for the machines and the cost of the equipment and The materials , and for salary we can approach PSB which will cut short the ROI since its under SI. Now with our know how we can produce the device .
