WARRANTY

The EnduroShield warranty system provides both glass suppliers, contractors, and end customers with a simple and transparent approach to registering their EnduroShield 10 year warranty. The warranty process captures data such as the customer’s name, address, date of installation, and contractor through online registration of an unique warranty code. This data is maintained in a database, allowing for quick and accurate access to all necessary information in the event of a customer call.

EnduroShield has been awarded certification from TÜV Rheinland Germany for both durability and easy to clean functionality. The durability test was carried out to simulate a lifetime of 10 Years on interior and exterior use. Architectural Testing, one of the North American glass industry’s most respected testing houses has completed independent comparison on the respective options available in the market with EnduroShield the clear leading performer. Combined with our in field project references, the testing and certification provides our customers and the general public quantifiable evidence of performance from some of the world’s most prestigious independent, international testing agencies.
