Downloads, Formats and File Types

If you haven’t already - please download your required logo types from our download section on the website

at http://www.autocricket.com/logo/ - once you have chosen and downloaded your file(s) you must unzip

the folder to be able to see and use the files.

Web Only Files• This zip file contains many useful image types and sizes for using our logo on the web. (low resolution)

Print Only Files• This zip file contains files specifically for commercial print processes. (high resolution / scalable)

Web & Print Files• This zip file contains logos for both web and print. (high and low resolutions)

Included in the web only download are many logos in formats immediately ready for use on the web - the

preferred resolution of files used on web pages is 72DPI (Dots Per Inch) - as such all the files within the web

only folder are this. We have supplied full color, black and white and all popular formats (JPeg, GIF, PNG etc)

plus many different sizes that should help you get what you need.

Included in the print only download are logos in formats immediately ready for use in professional print work -

We have supplied both Adobe Illustrator CS3 vector CMYK files and EPS versions for users without Adobe

Illustrator. Both formats enable you to scale the images to any size (small or large) without the loss of detail.

We have supplied both full color and Black only. Resolution is not an issue as these images will open to any

desired specifics.

Logo Placement

It is important to space all objects, text and content on all work we produce, we do this so that the eye can

rest where we want it to. It reduces confusion, and simply looks more attractive! It is important that when

using our logo that you leave spacing around the image so that it is not interrupted by another page or de-

sign element. Detailed below are several good practice examples and several bad ones.

Logo Orientation

Do not change the orientation of our logo - it’s designed to be read from left to right on a straight line. Rotat-

ing or changing the orientation of the logo reduces the impact and design guides.

Logo Colors / Hue Values

One of the most important uses of our logo is to not alter any of the colors or their hue values. The colors we

use are specific to our identification and our company colors are what help strengthen our identity.

Logo Fonts

Our logo uses a specific and unique font type - this font is not available to the public, and as such has been

added directly to our logo mark. Please do not attempt to re-create our font or alter in any way.

Context

It is important that the logo is either used on a white background so that our logos impact is not diluted.

Placing the logo over an image or with a “busy” background is not permitted.

Logo Defacing

Even though we promote creativity, attempting to “dress-up” or alter our logo is not permitted. Please do not

add any effects, drop shadows, or filters to our logo - this results in a none uniformed appearance and iden-

tity.

“I Need To Print In A Single Color”

We understand that certain applications of our logo require single color print. We have produced a single

color (Black) logo type for these instances. Although we prefer black only to be used, we also understand

that sometimes this is not possible. In these instances we promote an inverted black version of our logo so

that the print would be white. Basically the higher the contrast between our logo and the item it is being

placed on is best practice. However, we would need to confirm any alterations that are outside of either full

color, black or white versions. Different colors may not suit our logo, and as such, contacting

AutoCricket.com for assistance or confirmation is promoted. We will always work with you without a charge

to produce what is best for ourselves and your final product.

It’s All About The .com

It is VERY important that the “.com” in our logo stays intact and is never removed, for any reason. We are a

modern, growing “.com” business and this addition to our logo insures that all viewers of our logo realize that

we are indeed a new technology company. Removal of the “.com” is not permitted in any way.

Meet Our Mascot

As you have no doubt noticed we have a cricket in our logo - it’s our mascot and means a lot to us! Do not

remove the mascot from the logo, do not replace, alter or enlarge the mascot.
