AUTOCOM CDP PRO CARS - 2011 Release 3 Operation manual

To finish the Autocom Cars software update to 2011-3 version, you need to use two computers: one connected to internet for autocom activation and the other disconnected to internet for autocom installation. 1. Put the autocom CD into the computer that disconnected to internet and

run the “sart.exe’:

2. Select one language you want to install:

3. Input the product id: a-710-479

4. Input the S/N and Hardware Key for Cars serial number: 30250, HW key: NZTTOOCNHVE

7. Select the installation path and click “Next”:

8. You could keep this information blank, click “Next” button: It will pop up new window to reminder you that you have not entered the information, just click “Yes”:

9. click “Install” button:

10. Click “Finish’ button to complete the autocom installation, select “Run application”, at this step, please don’t connect the autocom device:

11. Run the autcom software installed, it will show this information, click the forward button:

12. Click “activate via USB stick” button:

13. At this step, connect the USB stick at least 1MB free space to computer,

then you will see second display:

14. The software is writing the FileActivation.xml and other information to USB stick. In the USB stick, you will see those files:

You will see the display on software window, disconnect the USB stick from computer:

15. Post this FileActivation.xml file with reference number on the CD to :

Note : please send an FileActivation.xml file with reference number. i will not answer mail if haven't reference number.

16. You will get a new FileActivation.xml file from us, copy into USB-memory stick to overwrite the old one:

17. Connect the USB stick to computer that is connected to internet

18. Run “DiagActivator” in USB stick:

19. Click “start”:

20. It will pop up new window with operation succes s fully, click “Yes”

21. Click “close” button and exit from this computer:

22. Connect the USB stick to that computer disconnected to internet,

23. If the program keeps still, click “manual mode”, click “open file” to select the activated file

24. Eject out usb-memory stick, software will open then will have an error (Failed to load vehicle ......), just close software

25. Run '' Update_3_-_2011_Release_3 '' , write product id ( for cars : a-710-479 ) ,then software will open !!

26. If you used already old version autocom, for use interface you need make firmware update: Connect interface to car. (For power) Select “setting”, do hardware test, it will have a message asking about firmware update. Click “ok” and it will make firmware update. You need wait few minute for firmware update. (When is doing firmware update, don’t close software or remove power, etc) Then you can use autocom 2011 release3!
