Made of stainless steel, the device is submersible and can withstand the high temperatures required for sterilization within an autoclave. The device provides time stamped data and can store up to 32,700 data readings. The non-volatile solid state memory provides data retention in the event of exhausting the battery life of the logger. The MadgeTech 4 Secure Software data files are the legal and regulatory equivalent of paper records. This secure software has been designed to meet the requirements demanded by FDA 21 CFR Part 11, with regard to access codes, secure data, electronic signatures and audit trials, making it easier for users to ensure compliance. The PR140- NPT is designed with a built in NPT port, can withstand high temperatures (140 °C / 284 °F), is submersible and is capable of taking readings as often as once every second. Both the AVS140-6 and the AVS140-1 systems come with docking stations providing easy access to MadgeTech Software and quick download capability.
