The term Lamp means an artificial source of light. There are different types of lamps

and auto lamps used for automobiles are known as Auto Lamps. The Auto lamps are of

different specifications such as single filament, double filament, 6 Volt, 12 Volt, 12

Watts, 24 Watts, 36 Watts etc.

The Auto Lamps consists of tungsten filament mounted on lead-in-wire and supported

by molybdenum wire, which are fixed on glass stem. The whole assembly is placed in a

vacuum glass shell and sealed with metal caps.

Due to rapid and tremendous growth in automobile industry, daily some new make

Auto-vehicle is being introduced in the market and still present day need finds

sufficient scope for so many other vehicles to come up. As the auto lamp is the only

source of light for vehicle, it has a very good market. Further, it is used for replacement

purposes also.

3. MARKET POTENTIAL

3.1 Present Demand and Supply of the Product Competition :

wheeler,4-wheeler or a 6-wheeler.All these vehicles make use of lamps and our

products would give them a lot of variety in the range segment. More power, more

efficiency, more lifetime and low battery consumption would urge them to buy our

segment of products.

3.3 Marketing Strategy:

The Marketing Strategy will be advertising the product in the media also by placing

hoardings at road-side at different places and by companys representatives by visiting

various target clients and by making them aware of the features, application and the

type of technology used in product. Besides, the company also intends to promotedifferent events by being an active sponsor at various part of state.

5.1 Number of Working Days per Annum:

It is quite difficult to tell the exact number of working days because of many national

holidays and any unavoidable circumstances. In general the plant will remain open on

all weekdays except Sundays

The normal timings of the plant is from 9 in the morning to 5 in the evening.This may

vary sometime as in case of any overtime.
