    www.hud.gov for more information. PHAs need to apply for specific funding for these

    specialty vouchers for individuals with disabilities

    They do not have to participate, many PHAs havechosen not to participate in the Mainstream

    Voucher Program and the other specialty voucherprograms. If not participating, encourage thePHAs to apply.
