General

The authors reported a case of spindle cell lipoma that occurred at unusual

location. This paper is well written and should be of interest to the

musculoskeletal surgeons. However, a few points should be corrected or added

prior to the publication as follows.

Minor Essential Revisions (such as missing labels on figures, or the wrong use of a

term, which the author can be trusted to correct)

1. The sentence in Abstract line34 (There is no reported case of…) should be

deleted. This sentence seem to be not needed.

The sentence in Abstract has been deleted.

2. In the sentence of Case presentation line77 (There was no adhesion…), the

latter part of this sentence “ such as muscles, nerves and vascular structures”

should be deleted, because there seemed to be no adjacent nerve & vascular

structures around the tumor.

The sentence in Case presentation section has been deleted.

3. The final diagnosis of resected tumor was not mentioned in Case presentation

section. This should to be added.

The final diagnosis of resected tumor has been added in Case presentation

section.

4. In the sentence of Discussion line96, “bening” should be changed to “benign”.

The word has been changed to benign.
