MODERE Social Marketers who demonstrate drive and the skills to promote the brand and build teams of Social Marketers will reap the rewards.

As a Social Marketer you have the opportunity to meet specific monthly requirements and progress through the Modere Career Path. Progression on this path opens up amazing opportunities for increased earning potential and recognition.

Once a Social Marketer achieves a new title, the qualification becomes effective immediately allowing them to be paid at their new title in the same bonus month.

The Modere Career Path includes recognition and Sales Titles for Social Marketers who reach important milestones in monthly Customer Pod sales.

This special recognition is added to the Social Marketer’s title, recognising their efforts in promoting product and building their Customer Pod.

A Social Marketer who achieves the Marketer title of Director 1 and also earns the Sales Title of Gold, would be known as Director 1 - Gold or Gold Director 1.

Earn up to 10% on customer’s points in your Customer Pod.

Sharing Bonuses are just one of three income streams on your own Customer Pod points.

Pod points are generated from the purchases from all customers within the Social Marketer’s Customer Pod (with no depth limitations) plus Virtual Customer points generated by the Social Marketer’s personal marketer points in excess of 150MP.

Social Marketers with less than 150MP can earn a maximum of 5% Sharing Bonus on their Customer Pod points. Social Marketers with a minimum of 150MP earn a Sharing Bonus of 10%.

MONTHLY SELLING REWARDS

Earn up to an additional $1,800 Monthly Selling Reward every month.

Social Marketers who achieve select levels of Customer Pod points (CP) and a minimum Active Customer Count (ACC) in the same bonus month, earn a Monthly Selling Reward.

This reward can be earned each month a Social Marketer meets the requirements. These generous bonuses range from $50 to $1,800 and are in addition to the Sharing Bonus.

< Payout Compression

The Generational Unilevel and Dynamic Bonus features compression, which ensures Social Marketers earn the highest possible payout on their organisations.

If a Social Marketer in your organisation does not qualify at a minimum title of Senior Consultant, their first level downline is considered the same generation (paid level) as that Social Marketer (their sponsor) and their second actual level and their downline’s generation is ‘compressed’ by one level.

That same compression is applied to your entire organisation. Any Social Marketers who qualify below the title of Senior Consultant and their downline are considered one generation until the next qualified Senior Consultant or above is identified within their organisation/downline.

Points from Customer and Social Marketer product purchases within your organisation are paid through the Generational Unilevel Commissions and Dynamic Bonuses.

Because Sharing Bonuses, Monthly Selling Rewards and the Platinum Plus Bonus are paid on customer points, there is a 70% factor applied to the customer point value when paid in Generational Unilevel Commissions and Dynamic Bonuses.

As a Social Marketer progresses further through the career path, they can earn anywhere from 4% - 11% on a compressed pay generation. A pay generation is determined by a Social Marketer that qualifies at Senior Consultant or above. See Payout Compression below for more detail.

SOCIAL MARKETER FIRST ORDER BONUS

Earn $70 for each new Social Marketer you recruit.

Enroller Sponsors receive $70 for each new Social Marketer they recruit who place a first order for a minimum of 150MP within 14 days from their joining date. Any MP over 150MP is considered regular points and standard commissions apply. Enroller Sponsors must be 150MP qualified in the same bonus month as the new Social Marketer’s first order, to be eligible for the First Order Bonus. If an Enroller Sponsor is not 150MP qualified, the first order bonus is paid to the first 150MP qualified upline.

LIFESTYLE BONUS

Social Marketers can earn up to a maximum of $18,000 in Lifestyle Bonuses annually.

Director 1s and above who have monthly organisational points of 20,000, monthly OP3 ≥ 12% of organisational points and two qualified Team Leader legs in their global seamless market for three consecutive bonus months, qualify for a Lifestyle Bonus.

In the first 3 years, the Lifestyle Bonus is only paid when you have a Car Bonus Agreement with Modere. Once the Car Bonus Agreement expires, standard Lifestyle Bonuses apply and the Car Bonus agreement is no longer a compulsory requirement.

A Social Marketer can only have either a Car or Lifestyle Agreement in place at any one time.

Modere will pay a monthly Lifestyle Bonus of $300 minimum (in home country currency, GST exclusive) or 15% of the monthly global seamless market commission entitlement, whichever is the greater, up to a maximum of $1,500 (in home country currency, GST exclusive).

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT BONUSES

Directors and Elites earn a match on their organisation’s Gold and above Sharing Bonuses, and Team Leaders and above Generational Unilevel Commissions.

The Leadership Development Bonuses are the most attractive and exciting bonuses for Leaders. Through a modern and innovative approach it allows them to earn deep into their organisation.

Directors and Elites are eligible to earn Leadership Development Bonuses based on both the Sharing Bonuses paid to Golds and above, and Generational Unilevel Commissions paid to Team Leaders and above, within the eligible Social Marketer’s organisation.

Leadership Development Bonuses are distinctly different than other bonuses because of the unique way they allow a Social Marketer to be rewarded for building leaders within their team.

Your team’s Generational Unilevel Commissions represent up to eight paid levels deep compressed points in their organisation, which means you have the potential to be paid on the same points, deep in your organisation, multiple times.

Director 1s and above earn matches on one Director Dynamic Generation deep.

Director 2s and above can earn matches on two Director Dynamic Generations deep*.

Elites can earn matches on two Elite Dynamic Generations deep*.

A Director Dynamic Generation is all Team Leaders and above, and Golds and above, down to and including a bonus month qualified Director or above.

An Elite Dynamic Generation is all Team Leaders and above, and Golds and above, down to and including a bonus month qualified Elite.

Modere reserves the right to cap total Leadership Development Bonuses at 10% of company payout.

GLOSSARYABBREVIATION TERM DEFINITION

ACC Active Customer Count Total number of customers in a Social Marketer’s Customer Pod who have purchased products that have generated a minimum of one point in a given bonus month. A Social Marketer with personal Marketer points >150MP, therefore generating Virtual Customer points, will also be considered as one active customer.

AL Actual Level The depth level of any particular downline in relation to their upline, with the upline’s level considered actual level zero.

Bonus Month Aligns with the calendar month. It is used to assign points for qualification and bonus purposes. A Social Marketer can nominate either the current or future bonus month for a Social Marketer’s purchases points only. Customer purchases will always be allocated to the current bonus month and do not have the option of bonus month nomination.

Compression A methodology used to assign generations (paid levels) to a Social Marketer’s organisation that maximises a Social Marketer’s commissions. Please see payout compression example on page 4 for further explanation.

CP Customer Points Points from products purchased by customers in a Social Marketer’s Customer Pod.

Director Dynamic Generation

Elite Dynamic Generation

A form of compression used to maximise a Social Marketer’s Leadership Development Bonuses. A Director Dynamic Generation is all Team Leaders and above, and Golds and above, down to and including a bonus month qualified Director or above.

A form of compression used to maximise a Social Marketer’s Leadership Development Bonuses. An Elite Dynamic Generation is all Team Leaders and above, and Golds and above, down to and including a bonus month qualified Elite.

ES Enroller Sponsor The Social Marketer who introduces another Social Marketer that is initially positioned first level to them. First Order Bonuses are paid to the Enroller Sponsor provided they are 150MP qualified in the same bonus month. Otherwise, the First Order Bonus is paid to the first 150MP qualified upline in the enrolment structure.

GEN Generation The depth level of any particular downline in relation to their upline, with the upline’s level considered actual level zero. However, unlike actual level, which indicates the true level of a downline, a generational level is assigned based on a downline’s bonus month qualifications. Please see payout compression example on page 4 for further explanation.

SM Leg or Leg Social Marketer Leg or Leg A personally sponsored or first level Social Marketer and their organisation (if any) constitute a leg in your organisation.

Max Leg Maximum Leg Organisation Points Amount

The maximum amount of organisation points from a leg that can be counted towards a Social Marketer’s organisation points for bonus month qualification purposes only. The maximum leg rule also applies to a Social Marketer’s own Marketer points and Customer Pod points (which includes Virtual Customer points), with the exception of Senior Consultants. Senior Consultants own Marketer points and Customer Pod points are not considered a leg for the purpose of this rule. Standard commissions still apply to all Organisation points.

MP Marketer Points Points from products personally purchased by a Social Marketer.

OP Organisation Points Includes a Social Marketer’s own Marketer points, Virtual Customer points and customer points from their Customer Pod and all Marketer points, Virtual Customer points and customer points from the Social Marketer’s entire organisation.

OP3 Organisation Points within Three Active Levels

Includes all points within the first three active levels of an organisation. Active level compression is based on Social Marketer’s with a minimum of 150MP for the bonus month.

Pod Personal Customer Pod A Social Marketer’s personally sponsored customers and all of the customers referred by their personally sponsored customers or referred customers with an unlimited depth.

PS Placement Sponsor A Social Marketer, within the Enroller Sponsor’s organisation, that the Enroller Sponsor has placed one of their first level Social Marketers under. All commissions, other than First Order Bonuses, are paid based on placement sponsor structure.

Q SC Leg Qualified Senior Consultant Leg

A personally sponsored or first level Social Marketer and their organisation that has a minimum of one qualified Senior Consultant or above in that leg in the bonus month.

Q TL Leg Qualified Team Leader Leg A personally sponsored or first level Social Marketer and their organisation that has a minimum of one qualified Team Leader or above in that leg in the bonus month.

Q STL Leg Qualified Senior Team Leader Leg

A personally sponsored or first level Social Marketer and their organisation that has a minimum of one qualified Senior Team Leader or above in that leg in the bonus month.

Q D1 Leg Qualified Director 1 Leg A personally sponsored or first level Social Marketer and their organisation that has a minimum of one qualified Director 1 or above in that leg in the bonus month.

Q D2 Leg Qualified Director 2 Leg A personally sponsored or first level Social Marketer and their organisation that has a minimum of one qualified Director 2 or above in that leg in the bonus month.

VCP Virtual Customer Points A Social Marketer’s Marketer points in excess of 150MP in a bonus month are considered customer sales and treated as Virtual Customer Points (VCP). If a Social Marketer has a VCP value greater than zero in a bonus month this also counts as one active customer in their active Customer Count.

Note: The Modere Marketing and Compensation Plan, together with Social Marketer Application and Agreement, the Modere Policies and Procedures, and the Business Entity Form (where appropriate), collectively form the agreement between the Social Marketer and Modere.
