Ed Sheeran’s Castle On The Hill sits firmly at #1 on the TMN Hot 100 on its second week in the chart. Debuting at #17 last week, it’s his first #1 since Thinking Out Loud which peaked in late 2014. It is tailed by ZAYN & Taylor Swift’s I Don’t Wanna Live Forever. The track moves to #2 from #3 followed by Ed Sheeran’s other new hit, Shape Of You, now at #3 from #16. The only other noteworthy change in the Top 10 is the breakthrough of PNAU’s Chameleon, entering at #9 from #20 on its third week in the Hot 100.

Sia is this week’s #1 Hot 100 Heatseeker as her track Move Your Body cracks #23 from #67 on the Hot 100, a total of 44 places. Floating just outside of the Hot 100 is Slumberjack’s mammoth new single Fracture ft. Vera Blue. At #1 on the Breakers chart, it’s looking very likely that the track will debut next week, considering it’s also #1 on triple j’s Spins Chart.

John Legend moves to #1 on KIIS’ Spins Chart with Love Me Now, while Nova put all their weight behind ZAYN & Taylor Swift’s I Don’t Wanna Live Forever. The Weeknd tops the Hit Spins chart yet again, only this time, it’s with I Feel It Coming and not Starboy. Bernard Fanning’s streak at #1 on Triple M’s Spins chart comes to a close as Green Day take over with Still Breathing.

Hot on the tongues of the global electronic music scene and charming his way to your hearts is Brisbane based producer Young Franco.

His most recent release, Drop Your Love ft. Dirty Radio has hit over 5 million collective streams, was uploaded to Selected, Majestic Casual and The Sound You Need YouTube channels and been supported by the likes of Bondax, Hayden James, RÜFÜS, Motez, Alison Wonderland, Rudimental, Nvoy, Snakehips, SG Lewis, Flight Facilities and many more. The success of the track was backed by a 17 date National Tour including two sold out headline shows in Sydney and Brisbane.

Following on from its success, Franco set off on a European Tour prior to couch hopping throughout the UK and France working with a range of electronic producers. The result is a traveler¹s beard and his beloved first commercially driven single Miss You.

An energetic concoction of house, disco and pop, Miss You is an example of the continual progression of Young Franco¹s songwriting. Blending the hooky vocal work effortlessly with his intricate yet tasteful production, Franco has delivered his most polished work to date.

YouTube sensation Filthy Frank or “Pink Guy” lights up the Spotify Viral chart this week with tracks from his new album Pink Season. Pink Guy manages to claim six places on the chart, including #1, ceding #2 and #3 to Ed Sheeran’s Shape Of You and Castle On The Hill, respectively.

Shape Of You manages to top the Shazam Future hits chart however, followed by Castle On The Hill at #2. It should be noted that Shape Of You is also currently #1 on the Australian Shazam chart.

The Chainsmokers’ new hit Paris tops the Shazam Movers chart, coinciding with the mammoth first week the track had at Australian radio, where it was Most Added. Sia’s Move Your Body takes #2 while PNAU’s Chameleon still puts up a fight at #3, months after its release.

America is still reeling from the death of George Michael if the LyricFind U.S. chart is anything to go by. He sees chart placing at #1, #3, #5, #9 and #10, leading with One More Try. The only track providing major competition is Ryan Gosling & Emma Stone’s City Of Stars which is at #2, taken from the La La Land soundtrack.

It’s now week eight for Peking Duk’s Stranger at #1 on the Hot 100 Australian chart, still leading ahead of PNAU’s Chameleon and Starley’s Call On Me. A new competitor in the form of Sia’s Move Your Body makes itself known however, now at #4 up from its debut point of #13.

Sia returns to the top of the AIR Singles chart this week, although this time with a new debut. Move Your Body has entered at #1, ahead of her former #1 track, The Greatest, back at #2 from #3. Meanwhile, the radio play chart remains almost entirely stagnant, with the only movement occurring at #9 as Flume’s Never Be Like You swaps places with Sheppard’s Geronimo, the latter coming in at #10.

Triple j is getting right behind the new The xx album and has single Say Something Loving at the top of its Hit List. Independent Melbourne rock band My Echo shoot to the top of triple j’s Unearthed chart with latest single Meet You There.
