Requirements for international students

• Year 12 or equivalent

• A score of 6.5 or higher across all bands in the IELTS (Academic) or OET B completed within a two year timeframe

• Students will complete a numeracy/literacy test on arrival


Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled)Course

• 56 weeks including 11 weeks clinical placement

• Class - 2 days a week 9:00 – 4:30Additional 1 day per week English language/acculturation support as required

• Clinical placement – 5 days a week for 11 weeks• 2 weeks in Aged Care• 6 weeks in Acute care setting• 1 week in diverse setting• 2 weeks in mental health

What students receive

• Students receive a nationally recognised diploma made up of 26 Units of

competency

• Students who successfully complete this course may receive credit for a Bachelor of Nursing program in the higher education sector

• A$15 500 which includes overseas students health cover

• Additional costs include textbooks, stationery, polo shirts (for placements), police certificates and consumables
