LAHC owns and manages the Government’s public housing portfolio of some 130,000 properties within New South Wales.Future Directions for Social Housing in NSW sets out the Government’s vision to transform the social housing system over the next 10 years with LAHC playing a critical role in delivering the benefits of this new and innovative model for social housing. The Assets division where this role will sit, provides management and maintenance services including operational standards and property information. Position Overview
The Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) delivers services to the most disadvantaged individuals, families and communities in NSW through local community based programs.The NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) is a Public Trading Enterprise within the Family and Community Services cluster.

Performing analysis of data
Reviewing compliance of service providers against standards set by the department
Reviewing performance reports of service providers against the performance benchmark
Preparing reports for senior management based on tenant satisfaction survey data
Attending meeting with external service providers and internal stakeholders
Ideal Degree/Discipline
Technology, Accounting, Business, Management, however open to candidates from all streams

Eligibility Requirements
Second last or final year of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Australian citizens and permanent residents only
Identify as having disability
Candidates may be required to undergo a background check security clearance
