Globcom 2014 – First Digital conference that will bring balance between technology advancement (Academia) and Applications (Industry), providing a unique value proposition.
Globecome14 is seeking out volunteers for helping, leadership and experience in different areas. Below is a list of available functional areas:
1. Infrastructure IT (WiFi/Cellular) support2. Creative Service support for backdrops, banners, posters, digital display, etc.3. Collection & integration of content: Hotel, City, program, schedule, videos, photos, etc.4. Update to: Website, Mobile app, social media, community – content Update5. Promotion: Media, email, direct mail, printed material, social media6. Registration support. 7. Coordination & Support with keynote speakers, session chairs, speakers and exhibits8. Room Monitors & Tracking – scanning attendees to sessions9. Schedule tracking (session/speakers/location) 10. Change notification and announcements11. Public Relations: Communications message platform, press releases, invitation to Gov.
Officials, Invitation to media, briefing interviews12. Greetings/Ushering, first aid, etc.
