• Sessional Academic – Monitoring• After 10 months, must work 6 hours/week until time • begins to drop• If it exceeds 10 months, it requires special permission from HR.
HR will not approve beyond 11 months Human Resources 10• As per section 2.03 B of the Academic Collective Agreement, once
an employee has reached the 10 month limit, the employee cannot have a subsequent Partial Load authorization
• Non-teaching, Coordinating, and sick leave replacement for up to 14 days do not affect sessional count.

College. • Only for a period of 12 months only, unless an extension is
agreed upon in writing between the Local Union and the College.
