Aikido is a Japanese martial art that can be practiced by all. Participants may be of any age and range of physical abilities. Even elders more comfortable sitting than walking will benefit from the breathing, meditation and stretching exercises that are taught in this class. We teach the principles of Aikido and explore something many elders experience, reduced balance and increased fear of falling. Learn to improve balance, reduce stress, handle physical and mental conflicts. To register, please call 360.586.6181 or stop by the Olympia or Lacey Senior Center. General Public/Members: $68/$62
