Application to Open Resident Club Fitness Centers

Submitted to AZDHS

The application to re-open the Fitness Centers at the

Estrella Residents Clubs has been submitted to the

Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS). Should

Estrella's application to re-open its Fitness Centers be

approved, these amenities will operate under stricter

guidelines than the currently published guidelines, as

Maricopa County has not yet met the benchmark

guidelines to fully re-open. AZDHS has advised that we

will be notified of the approval or denial of our

application within 10 business days of its submission,

which was August 17, 2020.

Currently, AZDHS has allowed a few Maricopa County gyms to re-open through an application

process that demonstrates their ability to exceed these rigorous operating guidelines. To that

end, gyms that have been approved by AZDHS to re-open are operating at significantly

limited capacities.

We will keep the community apprised of when the Fitness Centers at both Starpointe and

Presidio Resident Clubs will re-open, what guidelines will be in place for their use and the

capacities under which they will operate.

Committee or the ECA Covenants Review

Committee.

The Communications

Committee advises and assists in developing and implementing a communications

program that facilitates timely, effective and efficient delivery of information to

homeowners with the goal of building a better community.

The ECA Covenants Review Committee works together with owners to promote

compliance with Design Guidelines, Use Restrictions, Common Area Rules and

Resident Club Rules.

Estrella is Alive with the

The Thaddeus Rose Band is coming to

Estrella, virtually, on Thursday, September

19, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Get an early start on

the weekend and enjoy Thaddeus Rose

perform rock hits and cover songs from the

front row of your family room.

Today, we're celebrating Bean and

Mu, the comic relief in the home

of Sheila Borneman, Manager of

the Presidio Residents Club.

Sheila says Bean and Mu came to

her family at just the right time –

when her son was diagnosed with

cancer. "They say laughter is the best medicine, and these two crazy fur babies kept us

laughing though some pretty difficult times," Sheila explains. "You can’t see their halos, but I

think they’re actually angels."
