A: As one would expect, heating the Church is a very high running cost. The heating contractor estimates that Parish will be able to reduce this energy cost by 50% once the solar heating system is fully operational.

To enhance the lives of the residents of Mount Saint Joseph Nursing Home and Foundation, we have developed an exciting

new Volunteer Program called ―Friends Thru the Ages‖. To introduce and launch the program we will be hosting two

information sessions to be held on August 20th from 2-3 pm and August 21 from 6:30-7:30 pm. We are seeking volunteers to

assist us with the many needs of the residents, such as one to one visiting, group activities, musical programs, reading, card games, bingo, walking, palliative care, Skyping and emailing program, and administration support in the Foundation office,

etc. This program will introduce volunteers with a mentoring step by step process to enhance the volunteers experience as the
