In 1988 ONCE creates ONCE Foundation to offer training and services for people with disabilities (not only blind and low vision). FSC Inserta is the RRHH company of ONCE Foundation specialised in the insertion of people with disability in the Spanish job market. ALTERA is a project that has analysed how the adaptive skills of people with disabilities are able to be really useful for work performance in certain jobs, opening new market options.
