AUCTION NOTICE (OPEN) : AUCTION SALE FOR DISPOSAL OF 154 NOS DIESEL ENGINES,MODEL 435 G , GREAVES COTTON LTD. MAKE. , 4 STROKE, 395 CC.

It is hereby notified for public information that the open auction for sale / disposal of engineswill be held on at 21.03.2015 from 12.00 p.m. to 13.00 p.m. at Scooters India Ltd. ,administrative building.

II. DETAILS OF MATERIAL

III. Special Conditions For Open Auction:

A. The Open Auction will be on "As Is Where Is Basis". _B. Scooters India Ltd. (SIL) will not stand any guarantee for the equipment engine sold

through Open Auction.C. The removal of engines from Scooters India Ltd. premises will have to be arranged by

the successful bidder at his cost.

IV. General Conditions For Open Auction

1. All interested parties are requested to attend the open auction on the specified place andtime and enroll their names with Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.1 000/- (Rs. One thousandonly) in form of a Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank . The DO shall be drawn infavour of "Scooters India Ltd.", payable at Lucknow . The DO will be returned on thespot to the unsuccessful bidder after open auction is over except for the 1st and 2nd

Highest bidders . No bidder will be allowed to attend the Open Auction without theEarnest Money Deposit of Rs.1 000/-.

2. Acceptance of the auction amount will be provisional subject to the approval of thecompetent authority of SIL .

3. Successful bidder should remove all the engines from the site within 07 (Seven) daysfrom the date of acceptance of letter.

4. The intending bidder must see and satisfy themselves regarding type and condition ofengines before participating in the auction.

5. The details of engines are available in the office of Manager (Stores), SIL, LucknowInterested bidders may inspect the Engines on any working day anytime between 11.30hrs. to 15.00 hrs. before 01 day of auction.

6. The successful bidder shall have to deposit the full bid value plus applicable Sales Taxon the bid value within 03 days (excluding holiday of Bank) to Scooters India Ltd .. Themoney shall be deposited in the form of Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bankdrawn in favour of 'Scooters India ltd.' payable at Lucknow.

7. If the successful bidder fails to deposit the money within 03 days as mentioned above,the Earnest Money will be forfeited and the bid Open Auction will be awarded to the 2nd

highest bidder (nearest bidder) or so on at the discretion of SIL .8. A person or persons found indulging in or supporting willingly or unwillingly malafide

intension at the time of Open Auction and creating circumstances not congenial to holdauction peacefully shall be expelled at the discretion of SIL . The earnest money of suchpersons shall also be forfeited.

9. SIL Management reserves the right to accept or regret any or whole bid.10. The acceptance will permit the bidder to remove the engines from SIL site. However,

bidder has to arrange transportation of- engines at his own cost including payment ofOctroi, fee, taxes other charges etc. if any as applicable.

11. Breach of any of the above conditions will render bidder liable to termination with orwithout notice and earnest money will be forfeited.

12. Any damage or loss caused to SIL property or disturbances of company operation duringlifting of engines will have to be borne by the bidder.

13. The SIL management is not responsible for ignorance or implications of the detailedmentioned in the para above which must be thoroughly understood before participatingin the auction.

14. Carriage of engines shall only be carried out between company's working hours i.e. 8.00am. To 4.00 pm.
