2008THE DUNES AT PISMO OR GLAMIS. The MX

course at Budds Creek. The dusty, fifth-gear

fire roads of the Baja 1000. The mud of the

GNCC courses on the East Coast. And that red,

red Georgia clay. There’s nothing like riding an

ATV with a potent engine, perfect suspension

and a wide-open trail in front of you. What’s

keeping you from living that dream?

PERFORMANCE YOU CAN COUNT ON When

most people think about Honda all-terrain

vehicles, they probably think about dependable,

hard-working machines for the ranch or farm.

And we build plenty of those too. But when it

comes to our sport ATVs, it’s all about one thing:

performance. And that comes from a level of

engineering that nobody can match.

AMA Pro MX Champion. AMA Hare and Hound

Champion. WPSA Pro Quad 450 Champion.

BITD Champion. SCORE Desert Series Cham-

pion ( just to name a few). It’s like Honda engi-

neers designed some sort of trophy magnet and

tucked it into the crankcase. In reality, it’s more

simple: light weight, great power and great

handling, all in a balanced machine that just

plain works better than anything else out there.

TRX450R

TRX450R Ever since the Honda TRX®450R rolled up to the starting gate, it’s sent all the pretenders to the sport-ATV throne

slinking back to the pits. With championships in every major ATV discipline, it’s the machine serious racers choose.

And it’s easy to see why: Just look at some of the 450’s features. An electric starter kicks the high-revving short-stroke

engine to life (we still make a kickstart-only model if you’d prefer). A flat-slide carburetor and a 12.0:1 compression ratio are

almost guaranteed to give you the holeshot and let you stretch that lead all the way to the finish. Long-travel suspension,

lightweight steering knuckles, triple disc brakes and premium shock absorbers all add up to performance that’s unparal-

leled. Because it’s a Honda, even if you’re not racing at ten-tenths, you can still have a great time just sport riding on your

favorite trails. And check out the cool color schemes we have this year!

or public roads. Never carry passengers, and never engage in stunt riding. Avoid excessive speeds,

and be particularly careful on difficult terrain. Never ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The

of age and older. The TRX250EX is recommended only for riders 16 years of age and older. The
