As at 14 August 2019 opening balance: $26,465.83 Petty cash: $89.55 Canteen Till Prepared for Musical Canteen $190.00 Buffer: $5,000 Infants Playground allocation: $5,985 Available amount to spend: $15,989.38 No large events or activities last month Not all allocated infant playground funds have been used. Rachael emailed David Griffiths to advise remaining funds available to spend NWCC aluminium drink bottles, stock still available to buy through uniform shop and upcoming musical canteen Final payment from mycause.com cross country fundraiser portal received Expenses: P&F farewell gift of plant to Linsey Moir $47.45

B. Musical Canteen
• Coffee van sourced by Rachael Vohl for saturday matinee & saturday evening performances
C. Musical Canteen Volunteers
• Michelle Gollop coordinating volunteers. Schedule done.
• Teachers to confirm needs have been met with proposed volunteer schedule
• Thursday afternoon canteen set up.
• 1 P&F coordinator & 3 volunteers per canteen
• Pack up team after last performance saturday evening
D. Regent St Traffic
• Angela to draft letter
• Thank you to Glen Warner for assisting with research and best approach
• Jaime suggested Tim Strong could assist with wording of letter due to his experience with councils
E. AGM October • Executive positions will all be vacated for new team
• Angela, Jaime & Rachael have served 2yrs in current roles and must stand down in accordance with P&F consitution
• Kerrin standing down from secretary role after 1yr
• Angela reflections as President: o Sub committees o Event coordinators o More creativity and ideas for fundraising o P&F facilitate community connection o Next 4 weeks. Nominate yourself or discuss
with other member of NWCC community about volunteering in role
o Alycia Shedden asked, why only 2 years for roles?
o Magda Castorina added community get to know and respect P&F executive and executive change. Could this rule be revised by college leadership?
o Julie McCorkell noted constitution states P&F can run on Treasuer & Secretary

• Huge thank you to Louise Rudling for sourcing & coordinating prizes.

H. P&F BPL Night • Next evening Tue 29 October will be coordinated by P&F: Dannielle Miller, Gratitude
• Postponed event will relaunch campaign for October event
• Call to action to share NWCC facebook posts, posters available at next P&F meeting
• Open to wider community NOT exclusive event for NWCC
• Hoping to fill hall. A quarter full hall means Danielle Miller charge is covered in full. All additional tickets are fundraising

• Jaime Strong introduced Linda Hogan as college representative
• Linda presented a prepared presentation on screen. Copy of presentation is attached to these minutes
• Linda introduced herself, Director of Secondary Teaching & Learning.
• Linda’s role includes Head of Drama & Seed Academy
• Mum of 4 kids who attend NWCC. Shared history with families who have moved children to NWCC. See on next page, a copy of Linda Hogan’s presentation at the meeting
