Partner Summit!

We will meet this year in a new virtual format due to the COVID19 situation.

This is not the environment we prefer for networking but, you will meet the North

America, global management and the specialist team in a format which fully

supports an interactive communication.

You will get an update of the RITTAL business and product strategy from the

management team in our virtual auditorium. Our specialist team will share with

you in several sales and engineering updates of our product and IT solution

portfolio followed by meet and greet sessions where you directly can post your

comments and question.

Thanks for your participation in the RITTAL Partner Program and your investment

in this partnership. Jointly we are successful in the IT market and can drive

interesting projects.

We look forward to meeting you at the Partner Summit and appreciate your

Logging In:

To log in on the morning of the Summit, use the link and

account credentials provided to you at the time of registration.

Navigating the Virtual Environment:

A navigation bar will be viewable at the top of your screen

throughout the event. This navigation bar will allow you to view

the agenda and session descriptions, visit any area in the

environment in one click, chat with other attendees, view the

game rules, take the event survey, visit Tech Support, and more!

Troubleshooting:

Should you need any assistance once you are logged into the

virtual event, you may visit the Tech Support desk in the Lobby.

A representative will be present and available via chat all day.

Post-Event Access:

After the conclusion of the event, you will be able to revisit the

virtual environment using the same link and credentials in order

to watch session recordings and access resources, available to

you and your team through November 14, 2020. However, all

live functions such as chat will be disabled.

While everyone can play, only Rittal Partners and prospective customers are eligible to win. Players are automatically entered to win

one prize per person, and your total points determine your place in the leaderboard and your prize eligibility. After the event, attendees

will have 5 days to collect points before point totals are tallied and prizes are awarded. Winners will be notified by email and phone.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older. Rittal employees and their family members are not eligible to participate.

Rittal reserves the right to evaluate eligibility on an individual basis.
