• 1993: 11 Regional Centers were first funded by CSAT to serve 22 states
• 1998: 13 Regional Centers and a National Office was funded for the first time
• 2002 Network: 14 Regional Centers and a National Office serve all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and the Pacific Trust Territories
• 2007: Refunded by CSAT through 2012 to serve all states and territories
