The airless atomizing nozzles do not need an external air supply and will atomize with pressures as low as 20 psi (on water). The standard airless atomizing nozzles feature all stainless steel construction, with 6-40 threads designed to work with the Lee 062 MINSTAC  ®  tting system. Available in multiple ow ranges, these nozzles can be installed directly onto a Lee VHS micro-dispe nse valve f or precise ow control using pulse-width modula- tion (PWM). The air-assisted nozzles utilize an external air source to control the atomi- zation, allowing lower uid operating pressures (as low as 5 psi). The pres- sure of the liquid and the air can be independently controlled to ne-tune the ow rate and nozzle performa nce. Atomizing nozzles with special mount- ing congurations and PEEK wetted materials are available as special designs. Also available are single orice nozzles for droplet dispensing, and VHS Micro-Dispensing Develop- ment Kits which include the valving, nozzles, safety screen, spike/hold driver and tubing for micro-dispensing.
