Aerodynamically shaped Inlet Guide Vanes (IGV’s) improve part load operating efficiency by 9 % versus traditional throttle valve.

Premium ferritic stainless steel intercoolers (and optional after-cooler) provides unmatched corrosion protection and maximizes long-term machine efficiency and reliability. SS tubes are straight thru design, and fully roddable in place. Tubes are robotically welded to SS endplates (in inert argon atmosphere) to eliminate possibil-ity of leaks. Our coolers are a testament to the superior design and quality that is built-in, as standard, to every ZHC machine.

17-4 stainless steel impellers with state-of-the art geometry for highest operating efficiency and large turn-down range.

Superior AGMA Q-13 class gearing (aircraft quality) feature high-er tolerance, lower noise level, lower friction losses and vibration versus competition.

100 % maintenance-free, dry flexible disc type coupling provides maximum up-time. No shutdowns required for re-greasing.
