Court Bishop McDonnell #1403 Dear Sisters, As I write this letter, the winds outside have been howling for several days now. Wind, itself, is invisible; we hear and see it s effects and power. I am reminded of our invisible but powerful Triune God. What does the Bible say about wind? Here are just a few references that I especially like: Genesis 2:7 Then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man be- came a living creature. Acts 2:1-4 When the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all to- gether in one place. And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. And divided tongues as of fire appeared to them and rested on each one of them. And they were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. Mark 4:39 And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, Peace! Be still! And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. Ive been visualizing the power of God; Father, Son and Spirit as all of my senses embrace the wind. Enjoy the Holiness of the wind! Happy St. Patricks and St. Josephs Day! Happy Daylight Savings Time and Spring, but especially ,may we all have a Holy and Blessed Easter Season! Court Bishop McDonnell #1403

Dear Sisters,

As I write this letter, the winds outside have been howling for several

days now. Wind, itself, is invisible; we hear and see it’s effects and

power. I am reminded of our invisible but powerful Triune God.

What does the Bible say about wind? Here are just a few references

that I especially like:

Genesis 2:7 Then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the

ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man be-

came a living creature.

Acts 2:1-4 When the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all to-

gether in one place. And suddenly there came from heaven a sound

like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were

sitting. And divided tongues as of fire appeared to them and rested on

each one of them. And they were filled with the Holy Spirit and began

to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Mark 4:39 And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the

sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was a great

calm.

I’ve been visualizing the power of God; Father, Son and Spirit as all

of my senses embrace the wind. Enjoy the Holiness of the wind!

Happy St. Patrick’s and St. Joseph’s Day! Happy Daylight Savings

Time and Spring, but especially ,may we all have a Holy and Blessed

Easter Season!
