At PANKO Strength & Speed, athletes will Redefine the REALM of POSSIBILITY. The training experience at PANKO Strength & Speed is unparalleled. Athletes are coached with passion, attention to detail, and persistence that drive them to exceed their initial expectations.

Why is sports performance training so important?

With exclusive and repeated practice of sport specific skills comes a decrease in attention to developing athletic traits. Young athletes practice to become “players” without having the opportunity to develop strength, coordination, or mechanics.

However, when an athlete focuses on developing their athletic foundation, they will be able to build their performance pyramid due to the strength of their base. Athletes that possess relative body weight strength, speed, power endurance, and an increased anaerobic threshold will be more likely to succeed at any sport. Most importantly, when athletes develop the above characteristics with proper mechanics they are decreasing their susceptibility to injury by building proper movement patterns.

“Training with Adrian has been a process that has helped me throughout college and will continue to benefit me for the rest of my life. I have trained exclusively with Adrian in both the off season and in season for the past 4 years. During this time I have grown extensively as an athlete and person. Year in and year out I have reported for season in the best condition out of any of my teammates and have used these gains to be successful on and off the field. It doesn’t matter if you’re a mom, All-American, third string or his brother, Adrian will give you his best and he will get the best out of you.” - Lynn Panko Avon-2005 UIndy-2010
