The UAPG2 is a comprehensive system which integrates pre-amplifier, compressor-limiter and equalizer, as well as matrix and

delay functions into one unit. Useful features like Automatic Gain Control, Feedback Killers, Automatic Microphone Mixers and

Crossovers, Automatic Noise Sensing, are also part of the UAPG2’S DSP component library. Internal processing of audio signals can

be fully programmed to suit the client's application.

Using software provided with the UAPG2, installers can select the audio processing feature(s) that they wish to apply to the

various inputs and outputs from a library on their PC. Once the configuration process is completed all configurations can be

backed-up to any PC and loaded into the UAPG2 as and when required.

TMAuto-Mic Mixer allows conference mics to be automatically mixed throughout the network regardless of which

The ECS series is an audio processor developed for professional audio conferencing applications. Each input has independent

echo cancellation with noise reduction processing which eliminates acoustic echo and ambient noise from laptop fans, air-

handling systems and other disturbances. Each unit can be configured with 4 up to 16 AEC input channels and also features a

telephone interface with DTMF encoder/decoder for teleconferencing and dynamic zone paging. The ECS can be networked up to

48 units with a distance between units of up to 330 feet via CAT5 cable.

The LAPG2 is a high-end audio processor with superior audio quality and its specialyl developed algorithms achieves a network

latency less than 0.1mS between units. The redundant network brings the system communication security to the highest

standard. The LAPG2 system allows 128 units to be networked with a distance between units up to 330 ft for CAT-5, 6000 feet for

multi-mode fiber and 60k feet for single-mode fiber transceiver.

Easy to use PC software for system design and control

(GUI)

The ATEIS DESIGNER PC software provides all the necessary tools

to set up and control the hardware and software elements of the

UAPG2, LAPG2 and ECS.

Advanced preset manager

The PC software includes two types of presets:

More than 25 Parameter presets enabling values of multiple

parameters of the same design, such as levels, gains, EQ, etc. to

be restored either from the PC software, the remote controllers or

the control inputs.

More than 25 Design presets enabling completely different designs

to be restored. Application examples for this feature are hotel

meeting rooms with removable walls.

Message player

The Message player incorporated into the processors allows you to

store and play any kind of message. With the 100 Mbyte memory,

the following storage times are available with WAV format:

•53 minutes of audio message at 16kHz, 16bits

•36 minutes of audio message at 48kHz, 8bits

•18 minutes of audio message at 48kHz, 16bits or 96kHz 8bits

• 9 minutes of audio message at 96 kHz, 16 bits

Scheduler and event management

The scheduler allows planning of events (preset change, message

play, close/open TTL out or change component's adjustments). Up

to 128 different schedules can be programmed. Up to 100 events

can be defined in each schedule.

Ethernet port

All UAPG2, LAPG2 and ECS processors can be programmed, setup,

controlled and also monitored via and IP network.

PPM-TOUCH paging and control console

This console comes with a 5" color TFT LCD

touch panel and high quality gooseneck mic

allowing paging and control of all Ateis

processors. It can also be programmed to

control other 3rd parties devices via TCP/IP.

Remote control functions

To maintain simple, secure and intuitive interfaces for

operators, the processors offer different types of remote

controllers:

Furthermore, custom control panels can run on a PC

connected to the UAPG2, LAPG2 and ECS network via the

RJ45 connector or you can use 3rd party protocol control

via RS232.

Control inputs

The UAPG2 and LAPG2 have 16 (ECS has 8 ) control inputs

(0~+5vdc) either analogue or Logical (TTL). Each control

can be associated to any of the variable audio processing

functions of the processors (input level, output level,

equalization, routing, mute, bypass, preset change…).

Several parameters (Min+Max values, positive or negative

variation, linear, log, anti-log) can be programmed for each

of these controls.

8 Logic outputs (GPIOs)

Each UAPG2 and LAPG2 is equipped with 8 logic outputs

(TTL). Each of those hardware outputs can be associated to

virtually any software buttons or LEDs the system designer

requires. The logic outputs can be used to enable the

processors to control external equipment.

RS-232 serial interfacing for third party control

The processors can be controlled from third party

equipment such as Calypso Controls, AMX, Creston, or Vity

room controller via its RS232 serial port.

RS-485 serial interfacing

The processors can be controlled from remote devices

such as URC, PPM-SP via its RS485 serial port.

Microphone paging

The UAPG2/ LAPG2 can support the following paging mic :

If stacking paging is enabled, when paging in an occupied

zone the message will be recorded automatically by the

microphone console itself and released as soon as the

NSM: The noise sensing microphone designed

How the Smartvox-II works

Ordinary line-arrays radiate a cylindrical wave front that moves in a straight line from its source. Due to this, a normal

column must be tilted forward to obtain good coverage of the listening area (figure 1). This is required to focus the

sound waves in a forward direction into the audience area while trying to avoid annoying reflections from other surfaces.

Loudspeakers in general not only produce sound forward but also backward, especially for the lower frequencies. These

sound waves are reflected by the back wall to which the array is fixed. These waves are mirrored according to the

mounting angle of the array and will fill the environment with un-wanted artificial reverberation energy, leading to lower

direct-to-reverb ratio and to poor intelligibility.

By ”aiming” the beam of a loudspeaker electronically using passive phase-shifting, power-shading and filtering technique

for constant directivity, you can keep the column placed vertical against its surface (figure 2) minimizing any additional

energy to the reverberant field, resulting in more clarity and a much higher intelligibility. The Smartvox-II distinguishes

itself through its precise sound direction pattern in the vertical plane, independent of the frequency. Due to constant

sound pressure over long distances fewer columns are needed, through which less indirect sound is produced.

The Smartvox-II is a vertical loudspeaker array that uses a linear spaced speaker arrangement in

combination with passive phase shifting, passive power shading and filtering, to obtain a constant

directivity index for multiple frequencies (based on the Messenger linear spaced line-arrays with patent

algorithm concept). The fixed Azimuth angle of -10 degrees, allows for the unit to be placed vertically

against any surface, resulting in more clarity, lower reverberant field and therefor a much higher ‘direct-

to-reverb’ ratio, leading to a higher intelligibility figure (STI).

The newly developed MessengerG2 series upgrades the

audio bandwidth from the previous Messenger from

32kHz sampling to 48kHz. A new algorithm enhances

the directivity controlled down to 100Hz and improves

response on both the low and high end of the

frequency curve. The unique fully digital side lobe-free

speaker array features the latest technology and is

based on a patented algorithmic technique, which

makes it ideal for high quality speech and background

music applications, especially in reverberant acoustic

environments where it is difficult to meet contractual

speech intelligibility requirements.

Each MessengerG2 array has a very tightly controlled

beam, which can be shaped as required for specific

applications or environments requiring symmetrical or

asymmetrical, single, dual or triple lobe design. Using

Analog Devices™ high powered DSP chips providing 24

channels of precise control results in a very powerful

array where the SPL stays within +/- 3 dB over a

distance of up to 230' depending on model.

The MessengerG2 is entirely software controlled. The

lobe control and variable acoustical center can

compensate for architectural requirements and

accommodate various mounting heights and positions.

The MessengerG2 series offers a Q factor of up to 72,

(10 V by 145 H) or even higher with smaller vertical

opening angles up to 5 degrees, which compares very

favorably with good horn loudspeakers. Good horn

loudspeakers are noted for their directional

characteristics but normally within significantly smaller

horizontal opening angles and therefore covering

range. Equal coverage and no side lobes result in a a

precisely controlled listening field and high

intelligibility with a maximum signal to reverb ratio.

The MessengerG2 series is also ideal for use in Life-

Safety applications where special requirements are

necessary for Voice Evacuation systems. Each

MessengerG2 comes equipped with a 24 VDC battery

backup input, amplifier and loudspeaker-element

surveillance based on internal HF-carrier detection. 20

kHz input signal surveillance on audio input 2 is

provided on an optional expansion board. (SD-1)

State of the art directional sound

The accurate sound direction and the highly controlled sound level within the beam are due to the well-

controlled conversion of the energy being directed in the desired area, while featuring at least 20dB signal

drop outside the beam. This allows one to achieve better STI (Speech Transmission Index) levels

(intelligibility) in comparison with other speaker technologies while minimizing noise pollution outside the

desired area.

The MessengerG2 series has a unique feature, which has great installation and application benefits. The

acoustical center can be moved over the array to match and compensate in relation to the required

installation, mounting height and environmental need.

Each driver is separately powered and processed, therefore all lobe shape variations between a Symmetrical

and an Asymmetrical arrangement can be made with the simple push of a button. This beneficial feature

separates the MessengerG2 from other line-array speakers, making it one of the most flexible options

available with its unique software controlled directivity pattern with the Messenger's Lobe Assembly

program.


Symmetrical lobe is centred in the middle. The Asymmetrical lobe is

centred at the bottom or the top of the array.

Any other position of the acoustical center between the middle and

Symmetrical lobes are used for mounting heights at 1.2 m from the

floor and effects in a sharp defined directive shape with vertical

opening-angles adjustable in steps from 5 to 45 degrees. The lobe

shape guarantees an equal coverage even when situated very close

to the source. Symmetrical lobes are also ideal to address high

raised balcony seating areas.

Asymmetrical lobes are used for mounting heights between 2.5 and

4 m from the floor and result in a lobe that starts at 5 m distance

from the array at ear level and ends in a sharp lobe at 60 m and

further.

The Asymmetrical lobe has the ability to keep the sound deviation

within 2 dB from 5 to 60 m. Its mounting height is NOT critical and

therefore it is the most used system solution. The vertical opening

angle can be adjusted in steps from 5 to 45 degrees.

Configuration example

This example shows a constructed 46 ft Array with 8

bass-cabinets. The ? -spacing is set to 6.6 ft. The lowest

cabinet is positioned at a height of 13 ft above ear level.

The lobe has an asymmetrical base-FIR that is centered

at speaker No. 3. With an opening angle of 7 degree and

an azimuth of -2 degree, this lobe has only 2 db variation

from 16ft to 330 ft, measured at a listening height of 6

ft. This would result in an SPL @ 330 feet of 94dB at 120

Hz. The signal that reaches the ceiling at a height of 100

ft is more than 10dB down from the signal level at the

listening plane.

The Bass-Array DSP Controller is one of the latest technical creations of ATEÏS/PENTON that fits perfectly in the intelligent audio ®solution range of products and has proven to be a valuable add-on to the second generation Messenger line arrays. The

degrees guarantees that the sound will stay unaffected by lateral distortion

and therefore will increases the in-between distance of the horns.

Due to its dimensions, its throw can reach from 120’ up to 210’, reducing

amplifiers and delay lines when compared to conventional distributed sound

systems for tunnels. This will bring the total costs down and due to a lower

number of horns, it will bring the Q-factor up and the intelligibility of the

overall evacuation system.

The LCH70T has an extended frequency range that runs up to 8 kHz

allowing for high-fidelity speech messages in situations where the acoustics

are limited. These highly directional horns create a bigger in-between

repeating distance, reduced sound points, reduced number of amplifiers and

delay-lines which result in a better overall price performance.

The LCH70T is made of reinforced fibre/epoxy and equipped with a strong and powerful 2” compression driver, capable of

producing a fabulous 132 dB. The shape and structure allow for use in highly demanding environments like traffic tunnels and

car parks. Also train tubes that need to be addressed during voice-evacuations are typical examples where the LCH70T would fit

perfectly.

MIXER AMPLIFIERS

POWER AMPLIFIERS

The Penton AMP Series offers 15 to 300 Watt output respectively and are ideal for a wide variety of paging, background music, and music-on-hold applications. The model line-up includes the smaller 15 and 30 Watt units highly suitable for smaller fixed installations in gas stations, convenience stores and fast food establishments requiring both paging and background music. The AMP 60 and AMP 120 feature six inputs; user selectable XLR, RCA or screw terminal. With separate bass and treble controls as well as master volume, the AMP 60 and AMP 120 offer the flexibility necessary for both fixed and portable installations. Flexibility is further enhanced with separate tape output, preamp out, amp in link connection for use with external processing, via RCA jacks. For critical applications there is a 24vdc input for battery operation. A convenience AC output is located on the rear panel as well. For added protection the units feature circuit beaker protection. The AMP 300 is an excellent choice for expansion where additional power is necessary, but with two auxiliary inputs and one mic/tel input it can also be used on its own.

The SPA Amplifiers are two-output channel amplifiers specifically developed for our range of DSP products and are designed for the most demanding applications. As such, the SPA amplifiers offer a number of safety features insuring safe and reliable operation for the long run. Further to standard protection via fuses, the SPA Amplifier range also has electronic and thermal protection avoiding all potential hazards. A surveillance circuitry is continuously monitoring the temperature and the presence of AC and DC power and each amplifier unit is equipped with its own power supply for increased system reliability. As a final safety feature each module has an independent 24V battery back-up input. Four LEDs on the front panel display the status of each amplifier module; AC or DC supply, Line Overload, and Temperature Overload and an LED type Vu meter indicates the presence and level of the balanced 0 dB input signal. A contact output also indicates any malfunction to the main processor.

DIGITAL AMPLIFIERSThe AMP 80-2 is Penton’s first digital amplifier. One rack unit tall and half a rack unit wide, it

packs a punch with two channels of 70.7 V delivering 80 Watts each. Sound quality is out of this world and the unit is highly suitable for installations requiring very high fidelity. With its small form factor the AMP 80-2 also works very well in conjunction with Penton’s DSP products in rack-mounted applications where space is a consideration. The unit is also highly suitable for stereo applications in board rooms and classrooms in combinations with projectors or hidden behind plasma TVs.

The CCS series is one of the best ceiling speaker series in the Penton line and offers the highest fidelity coupled with substantial power handling in a bass-intensive closed back-box design. The speakers are excellent for demanding applications in restaurants, clubs, and other venues where sonic performance, high power handling, and excellent aesthetics are imperative. The CCS series is also an excellent alternative in classroom applications, boardrooms, and background music applications. Tapped at lower levels, the speakers offer excellent low frequency response even at modest volume. Both the CCS4 and the CCS6 are available in a 70.7V transformer version and an 8 Ohm version (add the suffix T for transformer).

Each speaker is enclosed in a formed-steel back box, and installs either in a hard ceiling via Penton’s Easy Mount system or in a drop-ceiling using a tile bridge.

Tile bridges for the CCS series feature two mounting rails and a plate that can be positioned in exactly the right location, avoiding air vents and other obstructions in the ceiling.

Wire connections are via phoenix style terminal blocks with a loop-in loop-out feature removing the need to twist wires together to go to the next speaker. Further, the phoenix connectors are mounted under a metal lid, easily opened from the back of the unit, making for fast AND compliant installations where plenum requirements may be an issue.

The CCS4 features a 4” driver coupled with a ½” tweeter and is perfect for low ceiling applications in a variety of venues. The larger CCS6 offers higher power handling, up to 60 Watts, and is an excellent choice for sport bars and other applications where high volume combined with excellent fidelity is imperative.

PBC WALL MOUNTED SPEAKER SYSTEMS

Aesthetically alluring, the PBC Series is an inventive surface-mount package that is a radical departure from the old slanted wood designs. Able to be mounted horizontally or vertically, the beautiful yet durable ABS housing is protected by UV inhibitors.

The PBC Series offers a choice between 6-1/2” speaker models: a twin-cone with 5-watt, 25/70.7-volt transformer for school systems or a coaxial (”X”) speaker with post-mounted, Mylar diaphragm tweeter and 8-watt, 70.7-volt transformer for prestige installations.

Loudspeaker Mounting Accessories assist speedy but secure installation of LCS/PCS, CCS Series, and torsion-mount RCS speaker packages.

Designed to work in tandem with BRG tile bridges, the one-piece BBX enclosures are heavy-guage cold-rolled steel (CRS) black epoxy coated to prevent rust. They protect speakers, increase SPL and enhance low frequencies. Utilizing recycled-wool sound-deadening pads, models have perforated “earthquake” straps and four combination 3/4”–1-1/8” plus four 5/8” knockouts. The BBX is also available for blind mount installations by adding the suffix (H) to the model number.

BRG Tile Bridges have positioning flanges to hold enclosures snugly without fasteners, allowing quicker installation. Each is made of heavy-guage galvanized steel with strengthening ribs; additional positioning/attachment holes are pre-drilled in each unit.

Standard installation for open-style ceilings is possible with the one-piece LBC Series design. Models are ideal for the popular retail-warehouse look currently in vogue. Each speaker system is supplied with backbox, matching front grille, two beam clamps, twin-cone loudspeaker and 5-watt, 25/70.7-volt transformer. The 24” dimension of the LIS works in either 2’ x 2’ or 2’ x 4’ ceiling grids. The JD series of foreground music speakers are weather resistant cabinet loudspeakers designed to please the most discriminating ear. The budget friendly JD10XT features a 4” driver and a mylar tweeter delivering up to 20 Watts of smooth output suitable for any light background music application. The JD10XT can also deliver 8 Ohm output via its screwdriver adjustable tap settings on the back of the speaker. The JD10 mounts via a U-bracket.

The larger JD20XT features a 5” polypropylene cone, and a 1” mylar tweeter with neodymium magnet. It delivers the same smooth 20 Watts of power, but with a substantially extended bass response. The speaker was designed with commercial background music in mind and will deliver deep bass even at low volume. Tap selection is screwdriver adjustable from the front via an almost hidden selector in the right hand corner of the unit. The JD20 is also available in a 16 Ohm version. The JD20 relies on a clever angled “side-in” bracket that can be mounted directly to the wall or to a standard one gang electrical box.

The JD40XT is a larger version of the JD20XT delivering a maximum of 40 Watts with an excellent bass response. Suitable for background music, as well as more demanding foreground music applications, it is mounted on a ball joint bracket allowing for orientation in a variety of ways.

The JD Series is available in a choice of black or white.

The GB20T is a classic white sphere that is omnidirectional in nature. It contains a 6-1/2” twin-cone speaker with 10-oz magnet and transformer. Able to hold up to 10 times its own weight, the pendant mount has a white jacketed cable that extends 116 inches. Providing a 360° dispersion pattern, it is ideal for open-plan areas where beauty is as important as sound quality. The round 10” ABS housing not only is extremely strong, but has a UV Inhibitor molded in to help protect its housing from the elements.

MCS METAL COLUMN SPEAKER SYSTEMS

The low-impediance, “D” Series, desktop paging microphones have a super-cardioid polar pattern that greatly reduces unwanted feedback. Their remarkably slim design is made possible by a neodymium magnet structure, slim gooseneck and special windscreen construction. The lightweight zinc die-case base is topped with ABS to support its 2 mm steel gooseneck and turned aluminum capsule housing. The entire unit is finished in matte black with white accents.

Ideal for restaurants, factories, warehouses and other paging systems, they are used by office managers, receptionists, secretaries, hosts/hostesses and other attendants.

The DSM2010 has a momentary P-T-T switch, while the DSM2000 has both the P-T-T as well as a lock-on feature.

The MCS series of column speakers is a precision-engineered miniature line-array, designed for smooth, wide dispersion without the need of a DSP controller. Architecturally and visually pleasing, our MCS speakers take advantage of the principles of line-array to deliver controlled vertical coverage, wide horizontal coverage, and phase-accurate sound. We offer three sizes to give you the greatest choice in vertical control.

Considered a mid-high pack, the MCS is based on precisely aligned 3 ½” treated cone speakers, with a moving-coil dynamic (non-compression) horn tweeter for extremely smooth response. For applications where less bass is required, the MCS is a great low-profile solution. But for maximum impact, pair it with the Penton CCS-8 closed-back ceiling mount sub-woofer for 42-Hz to 200 Hz coverage. (Penton can also provide our UAP88 DSP pre-configured for use as a subwoofer crossover, source mixer, and EQ for the ultimate stereo mini line-array system – call us for details).

The cabinets are very solid extruded aluminum, and are designed to be weather-resistant, including a weather-sealed cable entry gland-nut. Die-cast aluminum end caps have a screwdriver adjustment for 70v tap setting.


VAT ATTENUATORS

The VAT Series monaural attenuators are available in 20, 40 and 100-watt models. Built for durability, long life and great aesthetics, they flush mount in standard commercial-grade electrical outlet boxes. Patented knobs have been designed to mount without setscrews for superb eye appeal. Colors, rack mounting and priority features are available.

The autotransformers used in this series are made of the finest materials including sealed switches, silver-plated contacts, high-quality steel and copper wire. Therefore, they have a flat, wide frequency response from 20-20,000 Hz. Units have ten 3dB attenuation steps and positive off position, each clearly indicated on the plate. Total attenuation is 30 dB. All models have make-before-break contacts for continuous sound without unwanted electronic signals.

The VAT Series has a number of options. To order priority switching, add “-PS” immediately after the model number. To indicate color required add a suffix as follows:(-W) white knob and wallplate; or (-S) stainless steel wallplate and black knob.

(Example: VAT20-PS-W indicates priority switching with white knob and wallplate.)

PH Series paging horns provide high efficiency, economy, sturdy mounting and 70.7-volt output for long-runs or multiple horns powered by the same amplifier. Connection is via 5-conductor, 17” bare-ended cables through a gland nut. Their weather-sealed, all-white housings are protected by UV inhibitors, have stainless steel hardware and an attached bail mount bracket.

CAD MUSIC AND SOUND PROJECTORS

Aesthetically excellent, CAD music/sound projectors combine a warm tonal character with high intelligibility and a 100° dispersion. Models use 5-1/4” speakers with polypropylene twin cones, 10-oz magnet motors, 70.7-volt transformers and internal 10 or 20-watt loudspeakers.

The internal connection is made to a terminal block through a gland nut with customer-supplied cable. Weather resistant, CAD models have stainless steel hardware and a durable ABS housing with UV inhibitors for protection against sunlight. A unique “U” bracket is supplied for mounting.

Finished in flat black, the CAD20T-B hides well in dark ceiling applications. All models may be refinished with epoxy paint to match decor.

The CELL Series is similar to the CAD Series but with housings made of thick aluminum extrusions. Rugged but elegant CELLs have baked-on white epoxy finish. Components include dual-cone 5-1/4” speakers, 25/70.7-volt transformers, aluminum grilles and white, 5-conductor, 16” bare-ended cables.

The bi-directional CELL10BDT is designed for indoor hallway applications that include schools, hospitals and office buildings. Paper cone speakers with 25/70.7-volt transformers are placed at either end of the housing. Installation is via a slide-on bracket with setscrew that can be mounted onto a single-gang electrical-outlet-box cover or directly to a wall.

Designed for outdoor use, the CELL20BDT is ideal for bi-directional applications in shopping malls, train stations and transportation facilities.

MEDIUM FORMAT MPS MUSIC AND SOUND PROJECTORSSimilar to Penton’s MSH Series (above), the MPS Music and Sound Projector is a

completely weatherized unit suitable for use in harsh outdoor environments (IP 66). Despite its rugged nature, the MPS reproduces music with astonishing fidelity. Smaller than the MSH, the MPS still provides many of the same qualities like high sound-pressure levels, directivity and high speech intelligibility.

The conservatively rated “PD” Series drivers when mounted on “H” Series large-format horns are designed to “cut through” in high-noise environments and over long distances. Their housings are zinc die-cast to protect the inner workings and have a fine screen to protect against nesting insects. Their screw-on design with a 1-3/8”–#18 pitch prevents air or water leakage.

Available in 16-ohm or 70.7-volt models, this versatile line may be connected in series or parallel, as the application requires. As with most high performance drivers, replacement diaphragms are available.

The MSH Series was designed to reproduce music and voice at high levels, and is optimized for installation in larger outdoor or indoor venues, including athletic fields, country clubs, pools, gyms, and portable use such as street fairs, air shows, and similar applications. Its smooth, wide frequency response and wide dispersion angle are perfect where full-range and high output are desired for music and announcement applications.

This trouble-free music horn is loaded with features designed for longevity and high-level performance. Speaker complement consists of a 6-1/2” backward-firing weather treated code, and smooth yet powerful horn tweeter, with high-power 70v transformer. Mounting hardware is stainless steel, while the light gray ABS housing is treated with UV inhibitors for protection from the sunlight. Sealed with a silicon gasket, the rear housing has a weather-tight cable gland-nut that allows for up to 20mm cable size. Mounting is via a versatile yoke bracket for precise aiming and stable support. Complete with a screen for protection against birds and nesting insects.

The PCC and PIC series is a high-performing line of in-wall and in-ceiling speakers suitable for a wide variety of applications. From home theater to high-performance multi-room background music, as well as any type of commercial 8-Ohm applications, PCC and PIC offer excellent sonic performance where high power handling is essential.

Made from high-impact ABS, the speakers can be painted to match or highlight the room, and once installed, offer a hardware-free appearance to blend with any décor. Each speaker installs with our Penton’s exclusive Easy Mount system and can be mounted in walls and hard ceilings, as well as drop-ceilings with the addition of an optional tile bridge. Nominal impedance is 8 Ohms, but with the option of a 70v transformer, the speakers can be used in distributed systems as well.

Incorporating a unique ported design, the line offers an extended bass response not normally achieved by speakers in this class. Using the wall or ceiling cavity as an enclosure, bass frequencies are enhanced, creating a deep, rich sound. Our recessed speakers have been designed to offer outstanding power handing – capable of up to 150 watts RMS, depending on model. Not lacking in sonic performance, the PCC and PIC will reproduce the most demanding and delicate sound with high accuracy. A great choice for home, office or any recessed application where sonic quality is of utmost importance.
