With a reputation for continuously investing in product
development and our 100 year heritage, Avon Protection
is the known and trusted brand in CBRN respiratory
protection products for air, land and sea operations.
In response to the evolving worldwide threat
environment, we have expanded our services to
deliver customized threat focused, end-to-end (CBRN)
security solutions.
Underpinned by expert analysis and operational
experience, our consultancy and training services deliver
tailored threat analysis, pre-incident planning and
incident response support, right through to the
restoration of business as usual.
Protecting people, assets and reputation is at the heart
of our offering, minimizing the crisis period with its
associated risk, uncertainty and expense.
COMPLE TE GLOBAL CBRN PROTEC TION SOLUTIONS
The last decade has clearly demonstrated that the nature of threats to international security has changed significantly.
Structural challenges, such as terrorism, cyber-attacks and nuclear proliferation have created an entirely new security
environment and threatscape.
Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) terrorism poses a clear threat to public health and safety, national
security and economic and political stability on a global scale. As a result the prevention of such incidents is of the
highest priority.
Avon Protection’s Training and Consultancy services proactively manage and mitigate CBRN risks through our
‘Plan - Prepare - Respond - Recover’ framework, to ensure CBRN hazards have less of an impact on your business
and your people.
Our clients receive tailored pre-incident preparation and threat analysis, to support effective and efficient transition
from incident response to business continuity, and the restoration of business as usual.
PRE-INCIDENT ADVICE
Delivering pre-event consultancy and advice, Avon Protection’s
consultants lead you through threat evaluation, the identification
of potential attack pathways, routes of entry, and the likely
impact of an event, together with the consequences and
possible outcomes.
The pre-incident analysis, allows organisations to see their
vulnerabilities and delivers commercially appropriate risk
reduction strategies, to minimise the probability of a CBRN
event and lessen business interruption.
IDENTIFICATION OF RISKS AND THREATS
Through our research and analysis team, Avon Protection
continually monitors and tracks CBRN events worldwide. The
bi-monthly CBRN threat bulletin, INSIGHT, provides up-to-date
news and analysis to keep clients informed of the latest
developments, trends and threats.
Bespoke threat reports are also offered for CBRN risks and trends,
specific to your organisation.
ASSESSMENTS
Avon Protection Training and Consultancy works with clients
to develop specialist CBRN Risk Assessments and guides them
through the execution of a CBRN Risk Register. Supported by
personalised national, regional and local travel and threat
assessments, these reviews are at the heart of understanding
and implementing an effective risk strategy.
INCIDENT RESPONSE PLANNING
Avon Protection Training and Consultancy deliver a broad range
of risk mitigation and planning products, from delivery of staff
training and the development of standard operating procedures,
through to attaining CBRN detection, identification, protection
and decontamination systems. Using these key tools, the impact
of a CBRN event can be alleviated or at least reduced, saving lives,
reassuring staff and protecting routine commercial activity.
EQUIPMENT SOLUTIONS
Avon Protection’s depth of experience in the CBRN field, enables
our consultants to understand specific requirements and deliver the
right equipment solutions to meet the needs of the client. A range
of ownership options including direct purchase, short term rental,
and long term leasing is available for our equipment solutions.
