World Teachers Day: October 5, 2015
The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organiza-
tion (UNESCO) believes that education, culture and communication
are the means to building peace.
UNESCO inaugurated World Teachers’ Day to focus attention on the contributions, achieve-
ments, concerns and priorities of teachers. UNESCO and governments unanimously recog-
nized the right of every society to have competent, qualified and motivated teachers.
Let’s help the public become aware of the vital contribution that teachers make to education
and development. Plan to celebrate our WORLD DAY!!
