Beginning at the seashore at thewest cornor of Loko Kuwili 2 nearthe east corner of the KapalamaDetention Camp and running maukaalong the Waipilopilo road to theold line of the Oahu Railway thencealong Oahu Railway to the boundaryof Maunakea thence mauka alongthe Mokauea boundary and the Kalihi road to the survey station at thelower end of Mokauea ridge thencein n straight line to the survey sta¬

tion above the north end of Wylliestreet thence along the central lineof Wyllie street to Nuuanu streetthence in a straight line to the forksof the Manoa road thence in aDtraight Hue to the corner of theWaialae road and the Kapahuluroad thence down the Kapahuluroad and along Campbell Avenue toMonsarrat road and thence in adirect line over the summit of Dia-mond

10 No structure or cover shallbe put upon or over auy privy vaultsink or cesspool until it has beeninspected by the proper Agent ofthe Board of Health aud approved asmeetiug the requirements of theseregulations and of public health

19 All connections to cesspoolsor privy vaults shall be made withcast iron lead or vitrified sewerpipe All urinals shall be connectedto cesspools vaults or sewer bytrapped waste pipes
