COMPANY OVERVIEW

Dynamic Downhole Services, L.L.C dba Grizzly CompletionServices (the “Company”) was formed in May of 2008 to providewell completion services. The Company initially operated asDynamic Downhole Services, L.L.C., but the trade name GrizzlyCompletion Services was added in 2013 to better represent theportfolio of completion services we offer. At its inception, theCompany focused its efforts on providing thru-tubing downhole toolsin the Haynesville Shale area out of its location in Longview, Texas.Since then, the Company has added three additional services to itsportfolio and has expanded to include five locations across the UnitedStates. We currently offer flowback and well testing, thru tubingdownhole tools, completion fluids, and crane services.

Our primary focus at Grizzly Completion Services is to deliverexceptional services in a safety conscious manner, which enables ourcustomers to reach their completion goals. Our Senior ManagementTeam, with over 100 years of combined oilfield experience, leads ourCompany with this goal in mind and prides itself on creating a workenvironment that fosters career paths for our employees, also buildingfor future generations. Additionally, we believe in straightforward,competitive pricing that remains consistent from the bidding throughthe billing process.

Flowback and Well Testing

Grizzly Completion Services’ Flowback and Well Testing services provide well testing solutions with specialized knowledge and equipment for each of our service areas. Our flowback personnel have extensive experience and knowledge in the delivery of our flowback and well testing services across our entire footprint.

All of our equipment, including vessels and flowline, is built to meet ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) standards and meet or exceed the API-6A material requirements. Additionally, our sour service flowline equipment also adheres to all NACE MR-01-7 standards.

Thru Tubing Motors and Downhole Tools

Grizzly Completion Services provides a comprehensive line ofthru tubing motors and downhole tools for all of yourcompletion needs. Our Grizzly downhole tool supervisors havea tremendous amount of experience in different shale playsacross the country.

Our downhole tool string is designed with the harshest well conditions in mind enabling us to handle any completion challenge. The motor sizes available range from 1.69” to 3.50”. Additionally, we have an extensive array of bits, mills and other tools available in these sizes to fit your downhole needs. Upon request, complete tool listing and specifications can be provided.

Completion Fluid Service

Grizzly Completion Services provides high quality completion chemicals through the deployment of hydration units and traditional mixing plants. The hydration unit enables our fluid engineers to introduce the prescribed fluid mix to the completion process with unparalleled accuracy. Additionally, the hydration unit enables us to keep precise records of fluid usage ensuring maximum efficiency related to this service.
