Appleton Farms is one of

the oldest continually oper-

ating farms in the country,

established and maintained

by nine generations of the

Appleton family. The family

farm house, known as the

Old House, is available for

private rentals along with

the picturesque landscape

around it.

The Old House is the

perfect setting for outdoor

entertaining. Your guests will

enjoy the scenic view of the

pasture during cocktail hour on our bluestone patio. From the patio your guests will

make their way to the tented reception area behind the house.

The inside of the Old House includes a state of the art kitchen, dining room, research

library and museum parlor room. Guests are allowed to tour the space and learn

more about the farm. Outside of the kitchen we have a small tented patio area availa-

ble to the client or caterer.

$3000 dollar value. Planning a smaller wedding? We can work with you on alternative tent

• Backdrop for perfect photos throughout the farm!

• Membership to The Trustees which protects 116 special places in the state of Massachusetts
