What Worked
● Troy’s Binder gave him a voice● Troy was responsible for and kept track of
○ daily home/work communication ○ expressive/receptive communication tools○ Daily schedule and Weekly calendar○ wallet
What Didn’t Work
● Binder was bulky● Cards did not offer choice after initial pick● There was little interaction with community
and Troy● Voice box was awkward and Troy would not
use it at work or in community
