TheAssociationshallnotberesponsibleforanyerrorsoromissionsmadeinannouncingtheSponsor’s/Exhibitor’sparticipationinorsponsorshipofanActivity.Ifanerrorismadeinthe announcement,TheAssociationshall,uponpromptnoticebySponsor/Exhibitoroftheerror,publishacorrectionoftheannouncementinAction,freeofchargetoSponsor/Exhibitor.Where appropriate,TheAssociationwillpublishabriefstatementinActionadvisingitsreadersofthecorrectederror.TheAssociationshallinnowayberesponsibleforanyotherdamagesclaimedby Sponsor/Exhibitorduetosucherrororomission.8. InconsiderationofTheAssociationpermittingSponsor/ExhibitortoparticipateintheActivity/Activities,Sponsor/Exhibitor,foritself,itsemployees,agents,legalrepresentatives,successors,and permittedassigns,doesherebyrelease,acquit,andforeverdischarge,holdharmlessandpromisetoindemnifyTheAssociation,itsemployees,agents,legalrepresentativesandassigns,ofandfrom allclaimsanddemandsofeverykindandcharacterwhatsoeveraccruedorthatmighthereafteraccrueasaresultofsponsorshipof/exhibitionattheActivity/Activitiesandfromanyconsequences resultingdirectlyorindirectlytherefrom.9. ThisAgreement,includinganysponsorship/exhibitannouncedinaccordancewiththetermsofthisAgreement,doesnotconstitutearecommendationorendorsementbytheAssociationoftheSponsor/ Exhibitororitsproducts,goodsorservices.TheAssociationdoesnotwarrant,guarantee,orotherwiserepresentthemerchantabilityorfitnessofanySponsor’s/Exhibitorsproductsorthecapabilityor servicesofanySponsor/Exhibitor.10. ThisAgreementrepresentstheentireagreementbetweenTheAssociationandSponsor/Exhibitorandmaynotbemodifiedorterminatedwithoutthewrittenconsentofbothparties.Sponsor/Exhibitor agreestocomplywithanytermsorconditionsimposedbyathirdpartythatownsorcontrolsaspacewhereanActivityoccurs.11.
